SportsBettingOnline is apparently attempting to poach players from other sportsbooks. Three players have reported that SportsBettingOnline has called them saying an account for them was set up at SportsBettingOnline.ag using the details the player initially entered when joining a top rated sportsbook.
The individual calling the player encourages the user to switch
sportsbooks just as he has switched employers. The sales clerk is using player lists along with customer details he stole from his previous sportsbook positions. Players
and the sportsbook have complained that this individual is using the
personal information dishonestly and to create business opportunity.
SportsBettingOnline is a newly rated sportsbook that has been lowered to
D+ in the sportsbook ratings guide. Earlier this week, SBR reported the details of an interview with SBO CEO Dave Johnson, former owner and CEO of WagerWeb (SBR rating D-).
SBO players with feedback are asked to submit their feedback by writing to help@sportsbookreview.com. Players may also submit a sportsbook complaint form, or dial 1-830-255-4677 during normal business hours to speak with a disputes analyst.
