A new Bet770 (SBR rating C-) player writes in with a bonus complaint. The player is attempting to use his account to bet on the Euro 2012, but states that he has been given extremely low limits. The player notes that he is being forced to bet at limits lower than $1, or give up his bonus cash. Bet770 is currently unwilling to budge on their non-industry standard enforcement of bonus policy.
On June 14th, SBR reported of the Bet770.com bonus tactics.
The Bet770 player in today's dispute speaks out:
Bet770 player: "I would like to know if it's possible to get help with wager limits at Bet770. I haven't used that account for a while and now when I want to place bet on Euro 2012 I have ridoulous limits. For example I wanted to bet draw on Denmark - Germany @ 4.25. Less than €2 was allowed. And on Spain not to qualify from group C @ 10 I was only allowed to bet €0.5. These should be major events with a minor risk for the bookmaker. It is clear that they try to block me out from the book.I can't withdraw either since it is a sticky bonus amount that I play with."
SBR has had some success working with Bet770 in the past on player disputes, though management is currently refusing to revise the current policy allowing for players to be forced to wager with insignificant limits or lose their entire bonus. SBR is attempting to find a manager higher up on the food-chain to analyze these claims.
