LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) has resolved a punter's complaint regarding the handling of his online sports bonus. A user wrote to SBR via the online sportsbook complaint form taking issue with LSbet's denial of what he believed to be an earned bonus, although the case ultimately hinged on incorrect information provided by LSbet staff.

The LSBet player opened an account in August 2013 and received a bonus of 50% (£100). The turnover requirements were 6X the deposit + bonus within 90 days with a maximum stake toward the bonus of £42. The player twice asked live support what date he had to fulfill his requirements by and was apparently fed bad information, ultimately ending up one day over the 90 day turnover requirement.

After consideration of the bad information provided by the player, LSbet made an exception in good faith and applied it to his account, still citing the need for player's to adhere to the listed terms and conditions on their website.

LSbet Sportsbook has been initiated to the sportsbook ratings guide at the opening mark of C.

LSbet Sportsbook operates a sub-license in Curacao.
