UPDATE 9/27: PLAYER PAID IN FULL
UPDATE 9/11 4PM CST: GTBets claims the player's payment is en route.
A GTBets (SBR rating C+) player submits a payout complaint for $1,750. The player claims that he has been unable to request payment from GTBets and that customer service has been unable to assist him satisfactorily. The player notes that he has in the past received payments from the sportsbook.
GTBets player: I have been having difficulty receiving a pay-out ($1,750) from this book. Previously I had transfers from them - big ones all within the month - and did not have any problem. Now, all of the sudden they have been evasive even though the time frame on the wire (7 days business days excluding holidays) is now going on half a month. They say "Well, look at what we have sent you!" as if to infer (for lack of a better theory) "We've given you enough". What they don't seem to understand that I have made hefty deposits as well and that past performance or pay-outs should not have any bearing on earned and current withdrawals, made within the parameters of their own rules. In fact, their own e-mails are contradicting their time frame."
SBR is following up on this player's sportsbook complaint.
SBR reported on May 14th that GTBets upgraded its software to include a mobile platform.
