A BetUS (SBR rating D+) player requested a $550 payout on March 2nd. BetUS quoted a 7-10 business day time-frame for the funds to be received. The player has not been paid...read more.
After the money was not paid in the scheduled time, BetUS asked the player to provide a bank statement. The player obliged the
request, and was told that a trace would be initiated on the missing funds.
The BetUS representative foolishly stated that the process would take
one business day, when in fact such banking requests can take at least
ten business days to complete.
More than one month later, the player's funds have still not been received.
BetUS Sportsbook unfortunately does not pride itself on its customer service. Similar complaints long go unreported by entry-level clerks. Players are fed generic answers without any real updates. Most times, SBR is able to intervene and place a complaint before management's eyes.
SBR is hopeful that this complaint is a simple communication breakdown from inefficient staff, and not indicative of a larger problem looming on the horizon.
