A BetUS (SBR rating D+) payout complaint has been reported. On February 7th, 2011, a BetUS player requested a $500 withdrawal. The player was told to expect his funds to hit his bank account in 7-10 business days. After the quoted time-frame passed, the player says BetUS asked him provide a bank statement to prove that the withdrawal was not paid. The player says he obliged this request and has still not received his funds. SBR is investigating this payout complaint. | BetUS recent history
BetUS Sportsbook complaint update
On January 18th, SBR updated a BetUS complaint initially reported on January 2nd. In this complaint, a player reported difficulty withdrawing $3,000 from BetUS. The player stated that in November of 2010, BetUS canceled his payout request stating that he was only allowed to withdraw $1,000 per transaction. BetUS addressed the complaint stating that the client was reissued payment free of charge and awarded a $150 freeplay for the misunderstanding.
BetUS player teaser dispute
On December 27th, 2010, SBR reported that a BetUS player risked $5,000 to win $3,333 on a 4-team, 13 point NFL teaser. The teaser included the canceled Minnesota Vikings vs Philadelphia Eagles NFL game. BetUS has no payout for this teaser if it reduces to a 3-teamer due to a canceled or postponed game. The applicable industry standard in the case of an unreduceable special teaser would have been to no-action the wager. BetUS instead graded the player's teaser a loss, as one of the player's legs lost. Due to the cancelation of the NFL game, the player could not win the teaser, but could lose. BetUS refused to reverse its decision.
