A BetUS (SBR rating D+) player has filed an SBR complaint. The player states that he deposited $1,000, received a $300 freeplay and proceeded to place four winning bets, including winning his freeplay. The player's balance was increased to $1,680. After one day, BetUS closed the player's account stating he was not a "leisure" gambler.
The player states that BetUS returned $1,320, but did not offer any percentage of the freeplay winnings.
BetUS player: "I deposited $1000us. I was awarded a $300 free play after discussions with Mandy. I placed three bets with my bank of which one won. The free play also won. Winnings were initially awarded. My balance was $1680us. My account the next day was closed by Betus. They claimed I was not a liesure gambler. They have paid me out $1320us only. They did not pay out on my winnings of the free play. They also did not give me the chance to complete the rollover. This does not seem fair at all."
SBR is following up on this BetUS.com sportsbook complaint.
