The BetUS (SBR rating D+) player from SBR's May 12th sportsbook report has been paid. | New BetUS sportsbook complaint
On May 12th, SBR reported that a BetUS player requested a $1,935 apyout on April 14th. The player informed SBR that the funds were removed from his account, and the player was led to believe that he would be paid in 7 to 10 business days. The time-frame passed and the player became weary of his payout status.
The player was asked to provide a copy of his bank statement to document that his funds weren't received. The player filed a sportsbook complaint with SBR shortly afterward. SBR suggested that the player oblige the request.
On Monday, May 23rd the player confirmed to SBR that he received the $1,935 payment.
New BetUS Sportsbook complaint
A BetUS player who requested a payout on March 1st, 2011 via bank transfer reports that his funds haven't been received. After one month, the player says he was provided an alternate method of payment that failed to clear his bank. The player then had to incur a $30 fee as a result of the unsuccessful transaction. The player is currently waiting to receive his $100 withdrawal.
