A BetBoo (SBR rating D) player submits a payment complaint. On May 26th, the user requested payment of €236. He claims to have already provided a copy of his ID and utility bill. The player has sent two email inquiries to BetBoo support. BetBoo has not given an update on when payment will be made.
BetBoo player: "Last May 26th I requested a withdrawal of 236,10 euros. After a while they requested a proof of id and a utility bill, wich I imediatly sent and received last June 4th the confirmation that my documents where properly verified. Since then, I have allready sent two emails, in wich the last one I said that I would send a complaint if I did have no response from them. Note that the first of the two emais was sent last June 6th, and until now the betboo support team didn't reply. I'm very worried about that becouse I read in your website that a lot of people is experiencing payout problems with Betboo."
