BetAtHome withdrawal complaint
On 12/24, SBR reported on a BetAtHome withdrawal complaint. A player who states that he requested a $411 payout from BetAtHome after providing a copy of his passport wrote into SBR claiming that the sportsbook would not process his withdrawal. BetAtHome declined to comment on the case to SBR, and followup inquiries to the player went unanswered.
BetAtHome freezes player's account with $1830 balance
On 11/25, SBR reported that BetAtHome froze a player's account which held a $1,830 balance. The player claimed to have deposited $105 in exchange for a $100 signup bonus. The player states that the required rollover was filled. In October, the player told SBR that his account was closed and that no explanation was provided from the sportsbook.
BetAtHome tennis dispute update
On August 10th, SBR published an update to a sportsbook complaint initially reported the day prior involving a canceled tennis wager. A player's wager was on a match bnetween Lopez and Bakker. The match was twice suspended due to rain before being decided. BetAtHome canceled the wager. SBR noted that the industry standard in such situations is to settle the market normally after play resumes. BetAtHome agreed with SBR's position and regraded the wager.
