On February 13th, SBR reported that an Alliance Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player was owed $15,176 from a payout request dated January 25th. The player has since confirmed receiving partial payouts amounting to $7,500; the last payment was made March 31st. He is still owed over $7,500. SBR spoke with management regarding the claim.

Alliance Sportsbook management did not provide a specific reason for the delay but stated that it would be sorted when a banking matter was handled in the coming days. The player had been profiled as a professional bettor.

SBR invites Alliance players with feedback to write to SBR.

SBR will update as the player reports being paid in full.
