He increased his balance to 4,500 PLN before he says BetAtHome closed his account without word and refunded his deposit. BetAtHome has allegedly provided no details to the player. The second player was alleged to have approached the sportsbook asking for a lump sum payment, which led to a settlement offer. The Northern German State of Schleswig-Holstein has handed out four new poker and casino licenses. Operators Unibet and Merukur-Win received one of each of the Schleswig-Holstein iGaming licenses. There was some doubt as to whether more licenses would be issued amid the confusion of a German high court ruling that the territory's position on gaming is in violation of the State Gaming Treaty.

The player increased his balance to €512 with a successful NFL wager on the Ravens vs Broncos. Unibet asked for and received ID documents. Since that time SBR has confirmed that 24SportsWeb has unpaid hosting fees and is no longer stationed in the Instant Action Sports facility. On January 23rd, SBR reported that a MarathonBet player filed a €10,000 dispute. The player claimed his account access was disabled and that his questions have not been answered. SBR reached out to MarathonBet, though the sportsbook cited data protection rules. MarathonBet later followed up to say the player's account has been sorted. SBR considers this dispute closed.
