Comments:
I have been w/ this book for over 10 yrs and have never had a problem w/ them. They were one of the 1st books to offer their own debit card (4 years ago). I again dont understand their low rating...and you give VIP an A...must be a financially based rating system. Spend $$$ at SBR and we give you an A...LOL
And if you play on-line casino games then you are asking to lose $$..I have never seen an honest Casino.

Comments: This site has no problem whatsoever taking your money, but it is like getting teeth pulled to actually make a withdrawl. EACH time a w/d is made, you must fax them mounds and mounds of personal banking information, regardless of your method of w/d. Naturally, they deny ever having received any faxes from you. The objective is clear: delay, delay, delay, making tens of thousands of $ on the "float." In addition, their entire website was down from Saturday, 11/12 to Monday, 11/14. They kept saying it would be "just a little longer," or "will just be another 45 minutes." It took me over 5 hours to get through to them to make my Sunday bets and I missed the 1pm games. Their alternative toll free #'s were all disconnected and their primary # was hopeless trying to get through. Anyone who does business with these people needs to have their head examined. BAD, BAD news.

Comments: I have been a customer of SBG Global and other sportsbooks for a number of years. I have also entered contests for other sportsbook web sites, and was always impressed with the manner in which the contests were held and the results disseminated. Some would display the initials of winners and others sometimes the states/countries as well. Then I started to wonder why SBG Global never displayed ANY winners for their Turkey Bowl (NFL) or Madness of March (NCAA) contests. So I asked them why they never displayed even the initials of the winners. They said it was for confidentiality reasons, which I CAN understand, but I don’t BELIEVE, given the prevalence of other sites that do. When I first called SBG to inquire who won the Turkey Bowl contest last year, they answered, “Give me your account and password, and we’ll tell you if you won.” What kind of answer is that? Is the winner dependent upon my account and password??? Or is it more likely that if I had selected 10 winning picks, then the ‘real’ winner selected 11? And that if I had selected 11 winners, then the ‘real’ winner selected 12? (And one can only see how many I picked correctly with my account and password.) When I inquired again recently via email, their answers were evasive, focusing again on privacy reasons for their clients with regards to revealing names, when my focus wasn’t even on the issue. This behavior does not appear to be consistent with a company holding legitimate and valid contests. All I wanted to know was "How many picks the winner(s) pick correctly"? THEY COULD NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION. They said they would look into their archives and give me the info. I emailed them 1 week later to inquire on the status, and they kept going back to how they can''t reveal names for confidentiality reasons EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS NOT THE QUESTION I WAS ASKING. They offered to provide me info., I accepted, and they reneged! They then said, "oh, that was 9 months ago - if you had contacted us then, we would have provided you with the info." The sad thing was, I DID and told them so. They couldn''t provide the info then and they couldn''t provide the info now. So THEN they said, "well, the data is 10 months old in archives, and we don''t know if we can get them" Sportsbooks always tape record their interactions with clients, and keep them for quite some time in case of discrepancies with customers. For SBG to claim that they basically, no longer have this information, is absurd and insulting to customers who know better. You make the call.

Comments: Their casino is a cheat. I know of 5 people that tried it and all say the same. We have seen the roulette wheel go red 18 times in a row! Of course we were on black and when we changed it went red 5 times and we switched it was complete bullshit!

Comments: SBG offers a very attractive sign up bonus. They also gave me a DirecTV system for free and pay for my sports programming each month. Payouts have always been lightning quick. I don't like the fact that they wait until the day of the game to post their totals in college sports. They also put "Holds" on games when there is an injury. Most books would circle that type of game. They offer great teaser odds (lay 110 on a 3 team 10 point teaser in football).
