Same day this transaction was approved but till now I have not received those funds. This was not the first time I withdrawn money from CasiNETo, but this time the withdrawal process is taking too long. I have sent several e-mails to CasiNETo about this, but with no results. They use to say that " The processing of withdrawals is still in progress".
Since all this seems unusual to me I decided to fill in this complaint.
Hopefully you can help me.

I have sent a Casineto payout request at the end of June and have been away from home whole July. When I came back in August I noticed that they haven't realized my payot request at all in all that time. I sent them another email last week and they answered that I will received my withdrawal until August 14th. Well, I have received nothing and I can't understand what is going on with them.

I requested a withdrawal from casineto about 80 days ago and I'm still waiting ,and when I try to ask them what is the situation with my withdrawal,I always get e-mails with some exuses about technical problems and etc.I have one more payout requested which I'm waiting for over 30 days, and one more which I received on the 30th day.I'll be glad if you can help in some way. Thanks in advance.

Dear SBR , i requested withdraw from Casineto on 29 June around 1600 $ , i am waiting still to get paid , I type them several emails and they answer me with technical problems . Ever since I have only received emails about technical difficulties, but no funds. I am aware there over 14K USD outstanding, but please add my complaint to the undoubtedly long list.

Hi! Please can you help me? Site was a little slow when navigating between different screens, overall site design not too bad, deposit process fast ( I used credit card),some bets settled very fast (within 1 min) while others took almost a day to settle. Very very slow at answering email queries - between 3 and 8 days - but they usually did answer. Withdrawl process very poor - automated email sent advising withdrawl would be actioned within 48 hours - I had 3 withdrawls and theytook between 8 days and 2 weeks. Although the site states no fees for bank transfers each time I was charged $20 and the exchange rate was very poor. Customer service was pleasant in terms of the tone of emails I received when I eventually got replies, never answered their phone.

In summary, odds almost too good to be true, but my nerves couldn't deal with their slow withdrawl process and even slower customer service. I won't be going back as I don't feel confident my money is safe.”

Enterbet blames "company restructuring" for latest slow-pays

8/11/2009 9:05:12 PM -

Bet365 wager complaint

8/11/2009 8:25:46 PM -

Oddsmaker burns three more winners with promotion fine print

8/9/2009 10:44:03 PM -

BetGoTo enters the SBR Rating guide at D-

8/1/2009 11:52:15 PM -

Bet33 Group upgraded from F to D-; debt remains

7/29/2009 8:10:05 PM -

LasPalmas slow-pays continue; players owed over $124,000

7/28/2009 10:45:10 AM - Player comments

“I joined ehorse when they carried a B-rating. After several deposits I ran my account to over 48K. At that point they cited a racing rule which allowed them to deduct over 24k from my account. I then ran my account back up to 31K at which time they shut me down and a payout was requested. Well over three months later I am still waiting for the bank wire in which they keep saying is "two weeks away". My complaint is not with the 24K deduction but rather lack of payout(s).”

“As you may recall I got paid out a couple of larger payments a few months back (I was owed about $50000). The remaining balance I've pushed to get either in small payments or ideally a full payout. My current balance ids $29000 which sits in the exchange.

I've had a few smaller amounts, usually $2-3000 which has got it down this far, but I have hit a wall the last few weeks and I suspect they may be almost dry. I'm happy they are trying to be honest, but I just think they are broke and they may well just be shuffling the odd bit of money thay get in to offset elsewhere. The customer services staff seem pretty fed up.

I suspect the chances of getting the balance are now low, so I've offered them a deal to close out the account of 50c on the $. I offered a few weeks ago at about 70c/$ but they declined and said they would pay in full ( I wish!!).

I wondered if you had heard anything recently such as a possible sell out or takeover? I'm not holding out much hope of getting further cash but if they did get a buy out at least I might stand a chance.”

“I made payout request of 1300USD on march 30th and again on jun6th but no response at all from Las Palmas. “I made payout request of 1300USD on march 30th and again on june 6th but no response at all from Las Palmas. any problems at all .Well, would it have anything to do with not cashing
in a winning ticket ?I went broke with that offshore at least 4,or 5
times ,sending money through moneygram ,I believe ,each time ...
packages of 300 to 800 .
The last I sent them was
Feb.29th,09,1000.00(without double checking),Lennie ,I believe "gave me"
a 30 % rollover bonus.So at that time, I have 1300 or so in my kitty .
From that point on, my luck, or skill changed to the better, finally. At some time in late March my figure was close to + 7000.
After
College Basketball season, I informed Nancy Robinson (officer of
deposits and withdrawals),I would like to withdraw my balance ,setting
at 4300 +,and that I would not be playing any Sports until the 09
Football season .
Well that was around April 8th, and after a several
calls to Lennie and Nancy ,I could see that nothing was being sent to
me, even through May ,and up until June this year. So once again I made
call after call to Lennie and Nancy, wanting an explanation !The two both
claimed they were having serious trouble with their prossessor ?I
reached Lennie on his cell phone (Nancy no longer is reachable) in
mid-June,and I asked him straight up"are you going to honor this
debt",he said he was ,and then I asked him to" give me his word" ,he
also agreed to that !I do have what I believe is concrete evidence of my
claim .I then waited about 10 days to hear some positive news, nothing
happened, also, Lennie is no longer answering his phones ?
I then send
an email to Cascade Sportsbook in late June, informing them.... I will
tell the whole story to a National known Sports Forum ,viewed by
thousands of followers, and one that most likely, will embarrass Cascade
to the extent they will lose many customers, maybe their entire business
! This, I will do ,unless I am paid by July 6th, 09,or at the very
least ,informing me that you are making arrangements for the payoffs !
The figure now stands at 4000.53. Of course I heard nothing ,now I am reaching out to SBR for help!"

SCAM Alert:

7/4/2009 5:02:16 PM -

Shilbet

7/1/2009 10:58:41 PM -

Shilbet not paying or answering winner emails

6/28/2009 11:30:20 PM - Player #1 Comments

Hello SBR, As I can see you have written already on your site 2 costumers have had complaining regarding the match between Equador - Argentina. I aswell placed the bet as this fulltime outcome where they had odds (decimal) 4 on Equador. I placed a relative big ammount but then after they finished it they changed it to a halftime bet.

Call me stupid but I have also used them after that episode cause have received some money through moneybookers, so it is not all fake. The latest is that I placed a bet between Francesca Schiavone VS Michelle Larcher de Brito here I
placed xxx $ on outcome 1. She won 2-0 i sets. So the bet was definetly won.( Here I took a screenshot so I have evidence) But after over 24 hours ( enough time for them to figure out what way to cheat me, they changed the names so it looked like my bet, 1. Was now Michelle Larcher de Brito. ( This they can do every single time.) I really think this is a fraud company.!!

What can I do, cause as I wrote I have my screenshot).

Player #2 Comments

I deposited 150$ and they gave me 15$ bonus...without asking.I placed a bet and won 540 bu when i tried to withdraw received the same message...that i must make a rollover of (150+15)*7...I understand not to let me withdraw the bonus...i dont even want it...but I should be able to withdraw my money. I made the rollover
anyway..with some minimal odds of 1.01...because there is nowhere specified what the odds for the turnover should be....but they mailed me that the odds are two small...still not told me what odds I should use...Until yeserday on their site it said they where registered to IBAS, and all the conflicts will be solved by them, but then I mailed IBAS and they told me they have no such thing shilbet in their evidence, and forced them to remove all material regarding IBAS...I also mailed gambling commission but, the same answer...they couldn't find where shilbet is registered at

PremierRacebook enters the SBR rating Guide at F

6/27/2009 11:06:58 PM I've always wanted to setup my own online casino but I didn't have the
money or technical experience to pull it off. But because the
investment requirement was so small, I decided to give GameCities a
try. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my casino site and
this quality is paying off so far. I've been getting a 600% profit for
every dollar I've invested to promote my site. I don't know where else
you can get a return like that."

Angela - Play City Inc.

"I
wasn't looking for an investment and I'm not an entrepreneur. However,
I did bet on sportsbook regularly. When I found out about GameCities,
it was clear to me that they had a great product. For less than I was
spending in a typical day as a player, I could OWN my very own
sportsbook! And now, I'm making more as an owner than I ever did as a
player. A LOT more! I still wager on my own site from time to time but
ownership is where the real money is!"

Sam - AllTeam Sportsbook Corp

"I
stumbled across GameCities.com from playing at a casino built by them.
I really enjoyed playing at that casino and I decided to check out who
built the site. As an online entrepreneur, the GameCities offer was a
no-brainer. Anyone who's done their research knows that it takes at
least twenty thousand to build an online casino. With GameCities, I get
a fully functional casino for just $500 and the quality is much better
than my previous casino site which cost me $25,000. What a waste of
money that was...I just wished I'd found GameCities earlier."

Duane- BetCities Inc

"I
truly believe that you can make a lot of money with GameCities. If you
put a little time and money into marketing your casino, the returns can
be enormous. I run banner ads and even do some none-Internet
advertising and I'm making about $7,200 for every $1,000!"

Frank - Korea Jackpot Ltd

"I
have finally gotten my website active (hotplayerscasino) and I LOVE
IT!!! I am getting ready to start promoting it like it is going out of
style, I am very very pleased. Again thanks so much"

Michael Senteno

BetCities Sportsbook (not rated) confiscates player's winnings

5/21/2009 9:05:24 PM -

Player vs. Win4Real (SBR rating C-)

5/18/2009 3:14:57 PM -

DimeLine Sportsbook confiscating winnings and bonuses from winning players

5/13/2009 7:57:30 AM -

Player comments:
"I was not sure if you recieved this as I was not sent a copy, so I am sending again just in case.

I deposited here about six weeks ago when they had a bonus offer through an affiliate site called bestbonusmoney.com. I asked the customer service manager Robert whether I qualified for the bonus and he said I did. The bonus was 100% cash bonus which had a 10 times rollover on deposit and bonus. I deposited 500 dollars and received 500 dollar cash bonus and I began to wager.

I wagered mainly on baseball moneyline as this was where the limits were highest, at 500 dollars per bet. I did use a site called sportspunter.com just to give me a feel for what were the more competitive odds on their site, but I did not in any way try to catch them out on out of line odds. I just placed my bets all at once, not trying to catch quickly changing prices or anything like that.

About three weeks ago my bets started to get limited but I was still able to get around 350 dollar bets on. At the same time I read on bookmaker review some comments about dimeline which made me uncomfortable there and I began to make a more concerted effort to finish off the wagering there, betting around 750 dollars a night. I have since discovered that most of my bets did not contribute to the wagering as they had changed the terms of the bonus so that mlb moneyline bets did not count.

On Friday 1st of May I was unable to log into my account. After asking several times for information I was sent this email: "

Dimeline has temporarily suspended your account.

The primary reason is that your betting style emulates the style of a syndicate player that is in collusion with other players. This has resulted in the manipulation of our betting lines wherefore other players we have yet to identify may be able to take advantage in a way we are unable to manage. In addition, we have identified several other accounts that a.) have been referred by you or are a referral of a referral of yours and/or b.) come from the same region of the world and which emulate this same professional style.

As stated in our bonus policy - bonuses are for recreational players only. This is clearly stated on our Homepage as well as in the Bonus section. To us, it is clear that you know full well you are a professional bettor and would normally NOT qualify for the bonus. Yet we can understand that you would try and obtain the bonus. Therefore, you must understand our designation of your account as a professional and therefore that you NOT qualify as clearly stated in the policy.

Robert Wilde (CS Manager)
Dimeline Sportsbook

"I was told I could speak to a risk manager later that day and I spoke to someone from dimeline for about an hour. The guy claimed that I was betting on only steam plays and was acting in a way that was the same as many other people originating from the UK who were placing large bets on the same out of line odds.

He did not appear to have any specific information about my own bets, and I had the impression that he was making assumptions about my wagering. He said that he believed that I was part of a UK collective trying to manipulate their odds and catch them out. This is not true, although I am unfortunately from the UK which appears to be working against me.

I admitted to using an odds comparison site to check which of their odds were the better ones. He said that this made me a professional and not entitled to the bonus. I said that I did not believe this made me professional but this just led to an unproductive discussion of semantics.

The most important issue of course was payment. He was closing my account down and he said that he was recommending in his report to the boss of Dimeline on Monday that it would be fair to pay me half of the money in my account only plus my original 500 deposit. I had about 5400 dollars in my account at the time of it being suspended so this would mean a significant loss. I told him that if he had decided to close my account, that I should receive all of my account balance minus the 500 bonus which was their investment. He disagreed but said it was not his decision to make.

I was told that I would be communicated with regarding their decision on Monday the 4th of May. However I have not received any email or phone call from them since. It has now been 7 days since my last communication. I tried their live chat on Monday but the rep said she had no knowledge of the matter but someone would get back to me. They could not tell me when. I emailed them on Tuesday and have had no response.

I have been unable to get onto their chat since Tuesday, which makes me believe either that my ip has been blocked or they have changed their system so that only those logged in can access chat.

I have held off from making this complaint until now because I was waiting for their decision which may have been potentially favourable. Now that a week has gone by without communication I am seriously concerned about all of my funds here, and so I hope that you will be able to make some progress in helping me attain a positive resolution or at least the best resolution possible."

PhillyCasino enters the SBR rating Guide at D-.

5/9/2009 11:13:47 PM -

Statement:

January 16, 2009
An open letter to the traders, investors and all who trusted in this idea and the
people behind it.
Some of you joined us in the very early days of Wartrade.com, some in the beta
stage of ASM and others at all points along the way. For the benefit of all, I will
start this story at the beginning and cover all the major points along our path
that led us to this day.
In early 2001 with the help of a close friend who is a great programmer, we
decided to try and develop a direct trading platform that would be an .exchange
in a box. conforming to the order entry and crossing protocols that I became
familiar with during my experience as a day trader in the late 1990s. After
becoming intensely fascinated with the workings of the stock markets and the
ability to have a trading desk on Wall Street from your bedroom, I began to
wonder if such a system could be developed to run on a PC-based server and
accessed by a web browser. We worked through the intricate logic of how orders
were crossed and if such a feat were possible. During many months of study, we
decided that the technology did exist and we should give it a try. The first
question was to determine what type of instruments we would trade. We settled
on the idea of creating fictional companies with real-world type profiles and a
random news generator to simulate actual events. Once the trading engine and
platform were completed, we created a family of sample companies and opened
up the trading for .free play. using Wartrade Dollars. The initial results were quite
impressive and through the trading of our players we were able to debug and
perfect the trading engine. After several months of free play, we decided to reset
the system and apply real money. Just prior to this, we commissioned a law firm
to study the business model and assess the legal position. The outcome was that
no such product had been developed before and we were in new territory.
Without any specific prohibition, we moved ahead with allowing players to
deposit real funds. The free play site was quite active but once real money was
involved we discovered that the market performed very poorly. No matter what
was tweaked or changed, nothing seemed to have a positive effect on the
market.s performance. It was then that we discovered the fatal underlying flaw
that was somehow completely overlooked. No matter how objective and random
the news generator and other simulation efforts functioned, there was a basic
major flaw. The news and reality simulation information was being generated by
our platform. There was no verifiable way to prove the legitimacy and lack of
manipulation of this market data. That coupled with the mere fact the companies
didn.t exist in the first place was an unspoken major concern in the minds of all
on the platform. In the end, very few clients actually deposited real money or
traded on the live platform. The business never took off and was not even close
to commercially viable. We did accomplish something substantial, however.
Through the development of Wartrade and operation of the beta and live
markets, the backend, engine and trading platform were completed and
functioned well. All of this is pretty amazing when you consider that this all began
with some copy paper, colored pencils, two guys and a flurry of detailed emails
over many months. Through some chance meetings and discussions, the next
project was born as an extension of what was already done. That is what became
AllSportsMarket®.
During this period, I had some experience developing business systems and
software architecture for the booming sportsbook industry. I had never even
heard the term .sportsbook. prior to this time and didn.t even know what it was.
I was told by an associate that the key element we were missing was the
objectivity of the events and news surrounding the instruments we were trading.
This was not a problem we would encounter if building a market around sports.
Having experience as a day trader in the stock market, it made sense that we
could take what we had done with Wartrade and combine it with sports teams. It
was apparent to me that the market for gambling on sports was enormous and
the only remotely similar product was a bet trading site called BetFair.com. We
speculated that we could create a better product that would combine the
elements of a stock with .betting. on sports in the form of a new financial
instrument. We would adapt the Wartrade engine and create a new product and
a new market. While Wartrade was still operating, we began development of
AllSportsMarket®.
AllSportsMarket® was started up in the same fashion as Wartrade using .play
money.. Many of the same traders opened accounts on the new beta ASM. We
ran this system for a number of months to get a feel for what worked and what
did not. The interest in the ASM beta far exceeded the Wartrade beta and we had
the strong feeling that we had found something. Without any significant
advertising or public relations, we soon had thousands of accounts. They were
pouring in from sportsbooks, sports chat forums and all types of sources from all
over the world. This gave us an even better audience to test and retest the
systems. Through this entire development period, substantial capital investments
were made by the main partners as neither platform had ever made a profit. In
early 2004, we made the decision to reset the AllSportsMarket® platform and go
live with real money. The market opened for worldwide real-money trading on
August 9, 2004. The reaction was immediate and strong. This was a far different
experience than Wartrade and we felt sure that ASM would become a sustainable
business. Several months into live operation, it was apparent that Wartrade had
no future. The decision was made to terminate it.s operations and transfer
accounts to ASM. Even after the Wartrade site was shut down, we left public links
allowing anyone who held a paid account to transfer to ASM and included
bonuses for doing so. When a sufficient period of time had past and no further
requests came in from legacy Wartrade clients, it was shut down and terminated.
That left us to focus full-time on ASM.
Without the benefit of any major marketing or public relations, ASM took off like
a rocket. In fact, it became very hard to control. We quickly discovered the need
to emplace surveillance and monitoring tools along with elaborate systems to
keep an eye on the activities. For the first time, I truly understood the need for
regulation. There were many battles inside and outside ASM on how we should
approach this topic. Some totally free market thinkers said we should take a
completely hands-off approach and let things settle where they may. Others
favored controls and anti-manipulation policies to maintain a fair and orderly
marketplace. I was always of the position that controls must be put in place. In
the early days of a totally free market system, it was much like the .Wild West.
and an .anything goes. attitude prevailed. I studied this over a long period of
time digging deeply into the market and watching the activity. What I saw was
very unsettling. Syndicates quickly formed between the larger players and
amateur hackers spent their days and nights finding holes in the system they
could exploit for profit. Groups would invite innocent new traders into the
marketplace with false appearances only to fleece them causing them to be
disheartened and disappointed. This produced a revolving door of new clients. It
was much like sending your Grandmother through a dark alley at midnight. I
knew that we would never be able to build a fair and balanced market while this
was allowed to continue.
At approximately the same time, we became aware of the need to make markets
to provide liquidity. This is something that is done in all Government Regulated
markets and is especially important in startup markets. Elaborate algorithms were
developed and tweaked to fill in the gaps and operate like market makers in the
Regulated markets. It didn.t take long for the unsavory types to begin unwinding
these moves and .baiting. the automated market makers for their personal gains.
Since we, as a company, were funding this making of markets, this became a
small capital leak that became a river. At this point in time (2005-2006), the
market was so active that it was hard to keep an eye on everything. I now truly
understand the mammoth task that Government Regulators have in trying to
monitor and control these gigantic capital markets. The futures market, for
example, trades more than FIVE TRILLION DOLLARS per day. Imagine trying to
keep an eye on that. This .cat and mouse. game required the inventing,
reinventing and perfecting of a growing set of market analysis tools. Ultimately
we were able to track every trade right down to the actual PC used to make it.
That opened a whole new world for us and spawned the creation of the STCC
(Sports Trading Compliance Commission).
The STCC is an internal group charged with addressing alerts and interpreting the
reports generated by the system. What we found was astounding. Many of the
traders had multiple accounts with some holding 10 or more and running them
all from the same computer. The market was being manipulated in ways that we
never imagined. It became a first priority to clean this up and restore order to the
marketplace. At approximately the same time, banking regulations began to
change. Our banks were asking us if we knew the identity of our clients. The
banking Regulators now required them (the banks) to .know their client.s client..
Our primary bank requested a personal meeting with the top director where we
were asked to outline how our business operated. This was the birth of the
disclosure forms (Know Your Customer) and increased identity requirements. It
was imperative that we identify our clients with the same level of information
detail as if they opened the account directly with the bank. I saw this as welcome
news because it would certainly add to the legitimacy of our market operations
and probably result in less fraud and duplicate accounts. At that point, we began
applying these disclosure requirements to all trading accounts. While most
welcomed this, a select noisy few made a huge fuss over this new requirement.
After closer inspection of their account records, the reason was obvious. The
reaction was unimportant. This was a banking regulation that we must follow.
It became very clear to me that we were quickly evolving into the product of our
stated mission. However, there was a very important critical piece missing,
positive legal certainty. That began my personal search for a Regulatory regime
that would accept our platform (or some modification) and fill in this final
important element to achieve our goals. We studied many different areas of the
World but it didn.t take long to realize where to go. While our platform was
accessible worldwide and we made no special efforts to market to any particular
Country, the vast majority (75%+) of traders were located in the United States.
This was the .fork in the road. and cause of much internal discussion and
argument inside ASM. I was absolutely certain that if we continued on our
present path without legal certainty, it would end in disaster. There was simply no
way we could continue to operate in a quasi-legal condition and access the U.S.
market. The decision was made to go directly to the source for answers:
Washington, D.C.
It would become first priority to seek out a Regulatory framework in which ASM
would fit. To make a long and expensive story short, it was finally determined that
the present platform and product could not achieve Regulatory status. This is due
primarily to the dividend payment system triggered by the outcome of individual
matches. While the ASM sports derivative architecture was absolutely fascinating
to the Regulators in Washington, it would never achieve status and would
probably run afoul of Federal and State anti-gaming statutes. So, we decided to
deploy all available resources on developing a product that WOULD conform to
the Regulatory requirements and be tradable on the global exchanges. This costly
economics and legal work has been going on for about 2 years now and we are
engaged at the highest level directly with standing Government Regulators,
attorneys and economists. Through endless emails, conference calls and trips to
D.C., we finally perfected that formula. This new product is called the
SportsRiskIndex
®. It is a cash-settled index futures contract that provides
estimates for the relative value of sports teams (in terms of USD) using a
proprietary formula we developed in conjunction with our team in Washington.
The final tested version was sent in for a provisional patent on December 22,
2008 and remains confidential until the utility filing later this year. Presently we
are about 90% complete with the Regulatory process to receive authorization to
trade. The reason this product can achieve Regulatory status and the present
ASM instruments cannot is primary due to the game related payment events in
the structure. The new instrument behaves like a stock and does not contain any
match win/loss data. It is designed to reflect the financial health of a team much
like an equity stock on NYSE or NASDAQ. The difference here is that there is no
direct connection to the assets or liabilities. It is essentially a .synthetic stock.. We
held very productive meetings with MLB (right up to the President), NHL and
phone conferences with the NBA. The NFL has not yet been approached. So far
all have been favorable. We held preliminary discussions with MLB and NHL to
discuss a revenue sharing program that would provide direct financial benefit
from the trading of instruments on their respective teams in return for
promotion. This has all been very well received so far. So, we are working
through the final 10% with the Regulators and working on establishing
partnerships with existing contract markets to carry our products. If all this goes
as planned, the SRI® will be trading later this year. That brings me back to
AllSportsMarket®.
About 18 months ago, we formally requested an opinion on what should be done
with the existing market. We were told it could continue to operate provided we
didn.t allow U.S. clients to open accounts. So, for over a year we have blocked
U.S. persons from opening accounts. This has had the effect of making the
business unviable by effectively removing 75%+ of the market. All of our
resources have been directed to the development of the U.S. market products
and the SRI® leaving nothing to promote ASM or effectively adapt it to the
needs of the remaining 25% market share. On top of this, the U.S. company has
borrowed over $1.3 million dollars from a single partner to stay on top of ASM
and continue the work on the Regulated marketplace. This gentleman.s
dedication and commitment to this project cannot be understated. He is truly an
unsung hero of this entire odyssey. Thrown in with this entire process, we have
endured system failures, a fire at the hosting facility, money processor failures
and a host of losses caused by the undetected (until too late) fraudulent activity
of some traders. In spite of all this, we still managed to complete the
development of the SRI®, file it for patent and complete 90% of the Regulatory
process. All of this has cost millions of dollars, over 7 years of dedicated effort,
many sleepless nights and a great deal of stress and strain. But, the product is
done and the permission to operate nearly complete.
Each of you that purchased ASMA1 holds a share in Rainforest Internet Providers,
S.A. (a private investment corporation). Rainforest holds 1 share in Crystal World
Holdings, Inc. (DE.) for each share it issued. This gives you a direct pass-through
1:1 ownership in the U.S. holding company, the SRI® and all other intellectual
property and the future Regulated market operations. Your ASM cash balance
and sports derivative inventory will be exchanged (free of charge) for common
stock in CWH. So, if you have ASMA1 and a portfolio with cash and/or sports
derivatives, you will own ASMA1 (indirect holdings of CWH) and CWH as direct
ownership of the common stock. This will represent a complete liquidation of
your ASM account.
Those of you that did not purchase ASMA1 will have your account cash balances
and/or sports derivative inventory exchanged for CWH common stock at no
charge. This will represent the complete liquidation of your ASM account.
The exchange rate and legal details will be followed up soon. Additional
information and instructions will continue to be posted in the provided link.
The time has come to terminate operations at AllSportsMarket® and move on to
the Regulated marketplace and build The New Sports Economy®

-

Originally posted 3/31/08
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Phony Handicapper’s Scam Involving Sportsbook Atlantisbets Takes Online Sportsbettors to the Cleaners

SportsBookReview.com issues an urgent alert for players to be wary of fake handicappers working together with scam sportsbook Atlantisbets to defraud players.

Willemstad, Curacao—SportsBookReview.com (SBR) has issued a ‘Bettors Alert’ urging players to be wary of a scam involving phony professional scam-dicappers who share their bogus ‘hot picks’ with the victim, while steering players to no-pay sportsbook Atlantisbets. An earlier warning published as a newswire at SportsBookReview.com saved one player from losing $5,000 to this con, but unfortunately, additional victims have come forward.

Here is how the scam works: The scammer poses as an expert handicapper and establishes a bond with the prospective bettor. Then the bettor is lured into a partnership with the capper, with the ‘expert” providing the picks and splitting all winnings 50/50 with the player, who is steered toward opening an account at Atlantisbets. The bettor is coaxed into making a series of deposits, depending on how far the cappers can string them along, with the assurance that any funds lost to losing bets will be reimbursed. Players are also told that any money they deposit will be matched by the cappers who have an abundance of “promotional money.” By the time the scam falls apart, the bettors account is drained and the capper becomes unreachable. No-pay book Atlantisbets will then deny having anything to do with the scam.

SportsBookReview.com first alerted players to this operation on February 13, 2008 and a few days later a player wrote in that he was in the midst of the scam when he read the alert. The player had an Atlantisbets account with $5,000 already deposited but was able to stop a Western Union payment on an additional $5,000.

Another was not quite so lucky. “Atlantisbets.com is a big fraud scam,” he wrote. “They took me to the cleaners for thousands of dollars. This was a hard lesson for me to learn, but I don't want what happened to me, happen to anyone else.” A full version of this player’s particular nightmare can be found here.

SBR’s Bill Dozer commented, “Unfortunately using touts to execute the scam is fairly common. Once the capper makes contact with the newbie bettor, he works on gaining his trust and misleads him until the time is right. The deposit is never a cold sell. The book makes believe they aren't in the picture and when the scam goes awry, the tout’s cell phone goes dead.”

SportsBookReview.com advises all online sportsbettors to fully research any sportsbook before making a deposit. SBR publishes timely newswires on industry events and provides a searchable news archive and forum as well as the most comprehensive sportsbook rating guide available on the Internet.

Anything above $2000 will be forfeited. NO parlays or teasers are allowed, the free $100 CANNOT be used in the poker room (multi player). Customers who have not made a deposit and/or have already received the free $100 promotion (or similar bonus) are not entitled to this bonus. This offer cannot be combined with any deposits.
http://www.oddsmaker.com/terms.php#free100

Player: History: Few months ago I've received a letter via regular mail with offer to open an account and get $100 welcome bonus (free - no deposit required). It was too good to miss and I have registered, got the $100 and started betting. I was lucky and made the over $1300 for less than 3 months.

The catch: bonus rules said "For clients who are eligible for the free $100 promotion you must wager the bonus a minimum of 10 (ten) times, minimum cashout is $1500, maximum cashout is $2000. Anything above $2000 will be forfeited. NO parlays or teasers are allowed, the free $100 CANNOT be used in the poker room (multi player). Customers who have not made a deposit and/or have already received the free $100 promotion (or similar bonus) are not entitled to this bonus. This offer cannot be combined with any deposits."

The problem: I have requested withdrawal of $1000 via bank transfer but this request was declined as the rules say $1500 is the minimum. However, they also cleared my account down to $100 because one of the bets placed these 3 months was a combo?
So they took all my winnings just because of one combo bet which was placed when i already had about $900 in profit.
Have you ever heard of this before? I would accept to void the winnings from this combo bet or even to void all bets placed after that but they noticed my account was on a big profit and voided all bets since it was opened.
I am almost sure they will ignore any attempt to contact them but I will be very grateful if you help me.

You say you have 22 operators, which are all yours. I don’t understand the point of this conversation anymore, but for your satisfaction and how people would know FB and IGS is in the link below, so stop lying. It mentions clearly that FB is now IGS and that you operate from Vancouver and the person concerned had also come to visit your facility, so the fact that you still dupe people after all that is sick.

http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Search/default.aspx?Area=Site&Search=IGS

<removed> ,

I just finished the research you have done, and you are led to believe I'm Ron <removed> , which is an employee of a separate company. Perhaps a competitor of ours led you in the wrong direction.

I have referrals if needed from operators of IGS. I have invited you to our facilities in Vancouver for your comfortability.

I have researched Futurebet and they have had issues for years in regards to player payouts, why are you concerned about IGS, as IGS is not FB, nor are they any other company.

IGS has 22 operators and futurebet has over 100.

Where are you getting your info, as its 100% incorrect?

I have all the proof you need that IGS is 100% separate company.

The only similarities is the casino product, as the casino product was purchased from the same company that Futurebet and other companies bought the source code from. However our virtual cashier and casino games are different. We have about 20 more games then they do…

I can assure you that the info online is not true, and lf you like I can put you in touch with IGS operators for your comfortability as I mentioned.

Please reply back if you would like to continue speaking further, as I will be back in the office on Wednesday, which at that time I can call you.

Please confirm

Ronny

Dear Ron,

I just read some reviews about FutureBet, Ron <removed> , now IGS, and also your past records. I don’t know what to say, almost fell for your scam. Anyways you have ll the right resources and networks, why don’t you try running things without cheating people you could actually make a lot of money legitimately.

If you get serious about these things let me know, Il help you make money the right way.

Take it easy!

Hi Sir

You would be your own operators, and IG will provide you with services such as merchant banking, processing, Player support, and technical support.

You will bring in your own affiliates, as our software supports affiliates for each operator.

Yes, IG is credited, and has some of the fairest games online to the player.

Because of the nature of the business I cannot provide you with names and phone numbers to our operators, as this business is very confidential, however I will contact a couple of them to see if they are willing to talk with you. I would recommend that in the future, for you not to give your name and phone number out to anyone, specially before meeting them in person.

In regards to you incorporating your self, I can lead you in the right direction, and we can speak more about this next week.

Attached is the contract for you to view.

Ronny.

Dear Ron,
Thanks for calling and giving me the brief information. As per our conversation yesterday I was expecting the agreement draft from your end. Also the price list along with the breakup.

I was going through some other websites as well where I noticed that you ll had your own gaming sites, such as www.oddsmaker.com which was the example that you sent me and about 19 more. If this is the case, that creates conflict of interest.

Another question I had in mind was, would I be an affiliate of yours or a separate company with an individual license not a sub-licensee of yours, and if so, you didn’t mention any incorporation charges for the company, and the related banking, merchant account, company account information.

Could you please clarify these points.

I had 2 more questions. Is iGaming Software TST accredited, and also could you give me reference of other operators, or casino owners for who you provided the complete turnkey solution.

Thanks

Regards,
<removed>

This story is written for anyone who would be dumb enough to become a FutureBet licensee or gamble on one of their websites. Before we get started, understand this, you will lose EVERY PENNY OF YOUR INVESTMENT if you open a FutureBet site. To the gamblers out there, avoid any FutureBet site, as they don’t pay winners. Quite frankly, FutureBet sucks.

FutureBet provides anyone wanting to run an online casino a turnkey solution to do so. They will build your site, license you the gaming software, act as the payment processor, provide customer support and provide a variety of technology tools such as software to set bonuses, the payout rate on the slots, email utilities to mail all your players, among others. Both the gaming software and the management platform are really good. No problems there. In fact, this is how the get licensees to sign up. Their stuff looks and functions really well.

During the summer of 2003, a friend from the UK called me to discuss starting a new business. We had started a CD ROM programming shop in Manchester during the late 80’s, made a lot of money, and had fun working together. He said that poker was exploding in the UK and wanted my thoughts on starting a gambling website, with the emphasis being on poker.

We spoke with FutureBet in Vancouver and another firm in Central America whose name escapes me as we wanted a turnkey technology solution so we could focus on customer acquisition and relations.

We contacted FutureBet and were called immediately by Mr. Ron Katz, who described his position as Director of Business Development. I flew to Vancouver to check out the operation. This was in late 2003. Ron is likely one of the two owners of FutureBet.
Ron explained that they provided technology for 70 sites. He explained that their poker platform was 3 months from completion and that he would provide us with sports and casino gaming now, and add poker in three months. The monthly fee to us would be 30% of the monthly hold(gross profit)for sports and casino games. We could have anyone build the website, or they would do it for $30K. Since they had no documentation on how to implement their gaming platform and various APIs, we figured it was easier to have them do it, as they had done 70 already. Ron also explained that they would handle all payment processing and withdrawals. The payment processing fees for credit cards, Neteller, etc would come out of our cut.
Before I met Ron, I did some research and found some negative press on Black Banana Casino, a FutureBet operator who was out of business. I asked about this, and Ron explained that Black Banana had offered no limit gaming, with no real reserves. He said they had some big winners and couldn’t pay and that FB was getting bad press. Ron said that we would have to keep limits to only $500 per bet, or put up a reserve. We said we’d keep it at $500. Today there is a lot of negative press on FutureBet, but back then there was very little, other than the Black Banana stuff. The only other thing would could find negative was that they were spamming all the Usenet groups, trolling for new licensees.

We asked about how much money the other sites were making and Ron said the worst performing sites were making $25K a month, net and that the best were making over $200K+ a month. This is completely untrue. I have heard of one FutureBet site making at most $25K a month. 90% of the sites generate little to no revenue and the reality is that most of them make $0, as FutureBet doesn’t pay the licensee.
We setup the business in the UK . When we got the contract from FutureBet we noticed that the contract was for a Nevis company. This is important to realize, as that makes FutureBet virtually impossible to sue in North America .

Business exploded at first. A bookie in NYC knew one of the partners in the business and sent us all his action, in exchange for a 50/50 cut, as he was tired of taking phone calls. Within a month we had hundreds of big players. I think by the second month of football that year, the handle(i.e. amount wagered) on the site crossed over $500K.
We had a few big winners. One player won $10K in one month and a few others in the low thousands. We had not been in communication much with FutureBet but we wanted to make sure they were going to pay the big winner his $10K. Because we were negative that month, they said no. If they really had 70 sites all making over $25K a month, I wouldn’t think this float would be a big deal for them, but the partnership was new so went ahead and paid the guy out of our own bank account.
We had other winners too of course and we would occasionally check the system to monitor withdrawals. We seemed to hit spots where things would slow down and start taking weeks, which was odd as we all bet on Pinnacle and that only took a couple days. When pressed, FutureBet blamed one of their payment processors for not paying them. We were then forced to pay big winners out of our own bank account, for fear of pissing them off. We were simply digging a bigger and bigger hole for ourselves.

Fast forward to 2006, we stopped paying the winners out of our own pocket by this time, as FutureBet was rarely paying us. This really hurt our business as by now the NYC crowd was getting very angry regarding slow payments, and word spread around their group that our site was paying slow. They also complained daily about the poor customer support which FutureBet provides via phone or online chat. They said the people were clueless and would never give straight answers regarding their withdrawal status.

Later in 2006, we noticed withdrawals were taking over a month. The story from FutureBet at this time was that they had a credit card processor in the Philippines who had stolen $700K of their money and that they were going to pay everyone, but that it would just take time. FutureBet always has a new excuse for problems like this. At this point, our $500K a month handle had dropped like a rock as people were leaving us in droves. We were completely caught between a rock and a hard place. If we paid winners ourselves, we would probably never see the money again. If FutureBet paid our customers, the payments were taking months sometimes, resulting in people never coming back.

One thing a prospective licensee should realize is that FutureBet takes well over two-thirds of the money the site generates. First, there is the 30%(sports and casino) to 40%(poker) on the gross. Then, they charge approx 10% per deposit for processing, which they claim to be a pass through. Then they make you hold 10% of all deposits in an escrow account as your reserve, which you don’t see for six months. Then there are hosting fees and free money charges, where they calculate their commission on free money lost by the player.

The bottom line is that you really have no money left for marketing, once you give up about over two thirds of your gross margin to FutureBet. The business model doesn’t work, except for FutureBet.

A summary of how FutureBet makes money
• Fees for building FutureBet websites($30K is usual)
• Royalties on all profits(30% of hold on sports and casino and 40% royalty on Poker)
• Processing Fees, and Reserves. They claim this is a path through, but there is margin in all of this.
• Not paying winners. They take deposits but don’t pay winners.
• Not paying licensees. Licensees have not seen a dime in 2007.

As of March 2007, we couldn’t find a single licensee who has been paid a dime in 2007. We shut down our site in March, as it seemed hopeless.

You can’t run a site like this without a good amount of marketing, but who would pony up money for marketing expenses when FutureBet will never pay you? What’s really troubling is that players are simply not being paid. If you deposit a dollar into a FutureBet site today, you are basically giving it to FutureBet.

We tried to run an honest book! We paid people out of our own pockets, many, many times. Our total investment of $100K, when you include marketing and other expenses, is down the toilet. The site is now run by FutureBet completely and we have nothing to do with it anymore. If you want to figure out if an online site is run by FutureBet, look at at sportsbookusa.com – the same sportsbook betting card and casino games are used at all the sites. SportsbookUSA is actually owned by FutureBet, not a licensee.

One humorous aspect of FutureBet is that the “management team” seems to change every six months. The CFO changes, the licensee VP changes, etc. I think FutureBet actually talks legitimate business people into taking jobs there, but they all bail when the figure out the deal. Ron Katz is the only constant over the past three years, and he hides from the licensees as much as possible.

The thing I still do not understand is this. Why are they crooks? All FutureBet licensees ask themselves this daily. “Are they crooks, or just really stupid”. To me, if they just paid winners fast, they might actually have 200 sites today making a lot of money. Their business model was infinitely scalable, and could have given Vegas a run for its money by basically allowing others to create skins for their platform and centralizing payment processing and customer support. The whole thing should have worked, but that’s what happens when you get into business with crooks.

BigNutzz enters the SBR Rating Guide at D-

10/23/2007 10:38:11 PM -

BetRoyal ends fraud investigation, steals winnings

10/21/2007 8:49:04 PM - SBG was asked if they wanted to continue doing business with these
winning customers by both the pick service and the players' account
manager. SBG management was able to review the account activity and
reaffirm that they wanted to book action from these players. The house
continued to lose on these plays until management froze the accounts for
an "investigation." SBG is known for freezing accounts prior to
confiscating funds. This tactic is used to guage backlash from users and
the negative effect on current marketing investments; legitimze the
claim that there may have been fraud and something to actually
investigate, and to simply stall from having to deal with victims when
they are most upset.
Jazette sportsbooks downgraded from D+ to D-

10/20/2007 11:00:01 AM -

Sportsbook.com: We will cancel winnings and pocket the losses

10/19/2007 6:13:35 PM -

Recently it was brought to our attention that a very small number of our customers were placing wagers which were in breach of our house rules. Most of these customers were repeatedly warned about their behavior but continued to circumvent the rules by exploiting a loophole in our system. The decision was made to remove the winnings earned from these wagers dating back to September 1st 2007.

There has been some question as to why the similar losing bets were also not cancelled or 'no-actioned'. When we reviewed the accounts in question, the bulk of wagering activity was made up of those wagers which were clearly in violation of the house rules. Any player who believes that the removal of their winnings from these disallowed bets should also apply to their losing disallowed bets can contact us at expedite@sportsbook.com for an account review. We will then contact them directly to review, bet by bet, their account history.

If upon a second review of the account the decision remains that the customer repeatedly and knowingly exploited the system in order to place those wagers, then no further action will be taken. If we are satisfied that a minority of their wagers contravened the house rules, then we will also no action any losing wagers of that type within the same timeframe.

Please note we will not discuss any individual players accounts in public forums.

We have already taken steps to prevent any such occurrence again in the future and will work closely with any affected customers to resolve this matter in a timely fashion.

Thanks for your understanding.

The mere fact they did that is an act of severing the ties and an act of getting their hands clean . Like I pointed out before, we have honored your BetOnUSA funds and credited your account. If we had ill intentions of denying you of your money (either money from BOUSA and your Pyramidcasino <which never passed our hands in the first place>) we would have outrightly denied any records of anything. Your BetOnUSA.com is in your newly-migrated BetOnUSA.com account. Again, the Pyramidcasino funds were not migrated to us. Remember, Jim promised he will look into this. I decided to approach you for assistance. I have been a client of Indonesian online sportsbook. They changed names several times. First they were called Londonbet.net, then Honeybet.net and now http://www.131sport.com. I transferred funds to them several times during last two years. My User Name and Account Number is [edit] in that sportsbook. It is still open and shows my funds that I had withdrew. According to sportsbook reviews they are an Indonesian sportsbook but located and allegedly have betting license in the Philippines. At the home page of their site they give telephone +6390629899999 (international code of the Philippines).

For some time I had no problem with them and what problems could I have if it was mainly me who sent money to them. When I requested withdrawal in October, 2006 they sent me bankwire but with great delay. When I finally got it I decided to withdraw the rest of my funds from my sportsbook account. So on April, 1st 2007 I requested withdrawal of $41,000. At that time they still were called Honeybet.net. According to their rules they should have sent bankwire to me within 3 banking days. After waiting for some time and getting nothing I contacted them via LIVE CHAT because they ignored my e-mails.

Operators calmed me down and explained delay in payment by lame excuses such as 5-day national holidays, then absence of their accountant. I began to understand that something was wrong. Finally one day they put their Honeybet.net site to maintenance and automatically redirected it to new site http://www.131sport.com/. When I asked why they changed from Honeybet.net to 131sport.com operators said that it had been their boss' decision and that this would not influence Honeybet.net clients in any way, they would automatically become clients of 131sport.com. Live Chat operators continued to calm me down saying they would transfer money as soon as construction of new site was over.

When the site had been ready at last they suddenly began avoiding contact with me. When I had entered Live Chat under my user name [edit] they simply did not answer. When I had entered under some other thought up names they answered promptly and if I confessed that it was me and asked about payment they were silent again.

At last I phoned them and man called Dave who earlier also had calmed me down by promises told me outright that they are 131sport.com and bare no responsibility for Honeybet.net. So simply by changing name they want to rob their customers (perhaps not all customers but me for sure). One thing if they would be bankrupt. There would be no question then. But they are continuing to accept bets and invite people to open accounts with them and transfer funds to them to play. They give bank instructions to fund new accounts using Bank Central Asia in Jakarta. I contacted that bank twice for assistance but they also did not answer my e-mails. I still hope to get my money back and I hope you can help me or advice what to do. Please excuse my rather detailed description of my problem and my poor English. I hope for your help very much and for your reply to this letter. Best regards, [edit]

Your review and grade of the above mentioned thieves is right on. June 15th I reqested a $1,000 dollar withdrawal from my planetrockcasino account. To date they have only given me $500 and alot of excuses. I have $2,000 in account and I want to gradually take it all out, but I know if I reqested it all at once I would never see it. From what I gather e-wallet is in cohots with them. They charge 10% to move the money into your checking account. I've opened an account with bookmaker.com on your recommendation and so far so good, they are very reponsive.
4sportspicks (SBR rating F) owner back accepting deposits and marketing under new name, Playing24Hours. 4sportspicks bounced around Costa Rica creating new debt with both players and operating providers before the site closed to the general public, serving only credit players out of the SportsCallCenter F.A. facility. The sportsbook, which also uses the domain Play24.forsportspicks.com, has been calling bettors from their old client lists offering large bonuses. Playing24Hours has entered the SBR Rating Guide at F.

PalaceBet: Scam sportsbook ran by Scamdicappers and SportsCallCenter F.A.
The Con: Fake professional handicappers refer players to Palacebet. The player signs up at the site and sends his deposit to PalaceBet. His balance is instantly controlled by the pro handicappers, who are referred to by the book's customer service as "the player's Sports Advisors." The bettor is then promised a line of credit so he can bet larger sums on the "advisors' syndicate picks." He is told he must cover a $4,000 transaction cost for a bank wire from the touts to his account (which never occurs since the book simply adjusts the available balance in the software) and is promised it will be reimbursed to him upon cashing out. If the player is lucky enough to survive the "syndicate picks" that are designed to eat away his bankroll, he is asked to deposit another $4,000 in transaction fees before he can have access to his funds including the money he deposited. A player who complained to SBR is told he must pay $4,000 to keep his account active after winning $20,000. PalaceBet is hosted and serviced by SportsCallCenter F.A. in Costa Rica and also services DreamWager (SBR rating D-). The operation briefly serviced 4sportspicks (SBR rating F) (until January 2007) and previously hosted defunct BigDaveSports.
