Comments: My experience with Bookmaker has been really bad. I would not recommend them.
Good:
1. Early lines
Bad:
1. Bad customer service
2. Failed to give me my sign up bonus. Claimed that I have to call them within two weeks of signing up. Shouldn't this be automatic? Geez.
3. Failed to give me a referral bonus. I tried calling them on 8 different occassions. Gave me so many different run around it's unbelievable. On one occassion, they tell me I have to wait 2 weeks after the person I referred has made the deposit before I can get a bonus. It was 8 weeks after he's made his deposit and the guy is arguing with me that I should wait 3 more days. Unbelievable. When the person that I referred called in, they said that I have to call in. When I call in, they tell me that the person that I called has to call in. On one occassion, I call them with the person that I referred in the same room and he spoke to them and still no bonus. I don't understand why they are willing to risk a bad reputation for a small bonus? They've lost me as a customer and the person that I referred.
And the bonus (aka Free Play) isn't what it's cracked up to be. My brother made a deposit and got his sign up bonus. He made a wager with the bonus and won. He got to keep his winnings but the bonus disappears after that. That is weak if you ask me.
Worst book I've ever experienced by far. I am not sure how they got the high rating that they are getting.

Comments: they dont have any special bonuses, 10% free play for deposits over $300, and you have to ask for it, and when you do ask for it they make it seem like a hassel. Withdrawels are expensive!!! $65 for a moneygram withdrawel which will take about 4 days if lucky to get. ACH debit withdrawels, you get one free every month, but its been 1 week already and its still being "processed". Over a week to receive a and electronic withdrawel into your bank account? Im starting to worry I may not get paid. Im taking my money out and going to betjamaica.com Fast payouts there, I have gotten my money same day via moneygram, checks 2 days. And better bonuses...16% back on losses and 10% on deposits, and not FREEPLAYS!!!!, so its like a 20% bonus on bookmaker.com. For example, you deposit $500 bookmaker.com you get a $50 freeplay, you make a bet and win you have $45. On betjamaica.com you get a 10% BONUS, you make a bet and win you have $95. And staff at betjamaica is alot more helpful at providing quick withdrawels!!! If you like SPEEDY withdrawels, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. If you want CHEAP withdrawls, DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!! betjamaica.com has a withdrawel/debt card, it costs $12 to withdraw and you get your money within hours, NOT WEEKS....GOTO BETJAMAICA.COM, dont WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!

Comments: I was trying to find a reputable sportsbook to promote to people, and I thought I had found the answer when I saw that SBR had rated bookmaker as an A+.
I got all ready to sign up until I read the fine print in their terms and conditions:
"3.2. Minimum Referral Requirement
Affiliate is required to refer a minimum of 10 active customers within the first month of joining the Program and 5 additional active players each consecutive month.. Should an Affiliate not reach this requirement the Referral Commission will be diminished to zero. "
What a joke. So if I referred 1 million customers to them in 1 month, and 3 the next month...Guess What? They take all the money that I've earned. Nice way to try and scam people out of their money.
They are just setting you up to fail. Purely Classless.
I also think it's pretty clever how they try and hide this information in their terms and conditions without telling people about it up front.
If this is how they run their affiliate program, I can only imagine how they run their sportsbook!!!
