Comments: Had a TERRIBLE experience when trying to get money out. No problem getting it in, which seems to be a problem with a number of the sportsbooks. But this was the worst experience I have EVER had with a sports book, without question. Without going into every detail, i was first told my wire couldnt go through because my bank blacklisted it( of course called my bank and they said there was NO truth to that at all, a wire never came through). That took about 2 weeks. Then was issued what Chase Bank said was a counterfeit check. They would not cash it, confiscated it, and sent it to their fraud division. that took about 2 weeks. Then was told had to send them proof that that happened, i sent a copy of the check with counterfeit and the bankers signature written on it, but that didnt suffice. i gave them the bank managers number to call, and they refused. Instead of being embarrassed by what happened, they continued to stall the payout process. it seems that the only thing that finally got them to speed up the process was a call to SBR. I would never ever consider using this book, and would caution anyone before exposing their money to this kind of risk.How this book maintains an A- rating is beyond me. Be VERY careful.
