Comments: Maybe the A on customer service is high, because I have never had a problem where I had to use it, on second thought I guess that would merit an A. Neteller payouts are 5 min or less. The only thing I don't like is you can't parlay golf or nascar matchups(ie) Carib and others. They are still one of my top three and I play there probably more than the other two.

Comments: I have been dealing with bet jamaica for about a year, and the staff for 5 years. They really know how to treat you, you have a problem they solve it. I took a withdrawel out on Wwednesday, by fed ex thinking it would come on friday, i was wrong it came the very next day. I read about all these slow pays well all i can say is i got paid in one day. Bet jamaica staff are people you can consider friends, they just know how to talk to you. I've played other sportbooks and trust me nobody compares.

Comments: All around great sportsbook. I always receive my fedex's the next day and never had any problems. I entered in their free march madness contest and won $200. I cant believe they actually told me that I won! You wont find that integrety from many sportsbooks.

Comments: I enjoy playing BetJam's halftime lines, which are offered as soon as the 1st half is over. Good software, grabbed a nice sign-up bonus, and never thought about not gettting paid. This is one of my accounts that will always be funded.

Comments: Very fast payouts, excellent lines, great store.

Comments: This is by far the best sportsbook in my opinion. The managers, Scotty and Hermann, are two of the best in the business. I would like to recommend this book to anyone.

Comments: The website is poorly designed and is hard to navigate through. Maybe I'm just used to quality websites like Pinnacle and Canbet.

Comments: This is a very solid book. They always have quick pay outs. Their web site is easy to use. Nothing fancy but very efficient. They offer a 10 Cent baseball line and post their lines out over nite. The only complaints I have is they have terrible teaser odds and they won't let you buy points in the NFL. I would refer this book to anyone.

Comments: I am very pleased with betjamaica. the wagers that I make are graded very quickly which allows me to bet on games that start after the one I just bet one. They dont have as many proposition bets as some other sportsbooks but I would rather make bets with them then other books. I am able to make first half parlay bets (one reason why I switched from betwwts. Payouts are very quick, (requested a fedex check on tues, recieved check on thurs) overall I would recommend them and I am thankful that SBR has been accurate with the sportsbooks that they recommend. I don't sign up with a sportsbook before checking SBR's website first.

Comments: I just came from VIP Sports, where the service was very good, however, logging into the website was inconsistent as far as getting in. I also had alot of trouble making deposits using "Echeck", almost every time! I decided to take a chance on BetJamaica (Only going to another A+ rated site), where I was amazed at how fast they set me up, personally by Shayla, the CSD Manager! Getting into the site and making deposits along with the customer service is GREAT! BetJamaica operators have been easy to understand so far. Defintely a better Sportsbook then VIP.

I joined BJ as a result of the reviews on this site. I was a bit dissapointed. Here are some of the problems I encountered. 1st and foremost. Their site is not encrypted. I belonged to them for a month and not once was the site encrypted. This also holds true for their Banking page which is a very dangerous situation for clients. I made them aware of this on my first day and they thanked me for the heads up and even gave me a $25 bonus for making them aware of the situation. Unfortunately, they didn't do anything to rectify the problem. I never once found their page to be encrypted during the numerous times I logged in during the month. I even made them aware again on the third week to a manager, I believe Scott was his name, but he didn't seem to be too concerned about it. 2. They have a very short time out cycle which causes one to have to enter their username and password multiple times during a session. Not a good thing for a unencrypted site. 3. Their 4 team parlays pay 11-1 which is lowest odds on the internet and just a bit better the the 10-1 pays on the crummy street tickets they everyone used to use. 4. On parlays you get points odds sometimes of -145 on teams. What is with that? If you don't want to take action on a game take it off the board. 5. No future bets ie. Which team to win the Super Bowl? Or Which team to win the NFC etc. 6. They have a nice new feature of the 100 box office pools. However you have to log in separately to get to it though. Once again, on an unencrypted site. Their Customer Service people are very polite and and their cash out is super fast, for Neteller anyway. Unfortunaely that's not enough to save them. I have moved on.

Comments: Hello 1st off I would like to say Scott Johnson is the VERY best G.M. I have ever dealt with at any wagering offshore site.. This guy is without a doubt the friendliest and most professional guy I have dealt with in over 11 diff books and 13 years.. He not only has done what the site says on bonus structures, but I ask him for a free play from time to time for sending him referrals and it never is an issue..I am proud to say margret/shayla/and scotty are the very best and I am glad I have sent 6 new people there so far.. Comments: Without a doubt THE best sportsbook out there. Their customer service is as close to perfect as you'll find. You can't beat their widespread Teaser options or the promptness of their payouts. And personally, I enjoy the stripped-down layout of the website. No glitz and glamour, all substance and professionalism. Highly, Highly recommended Sportsbook.

Comments: Excellent book. Payouts are blazing quick and done online for convenience. Overall lines are solid. The only downside I can see with this book is their lack of variety in bets offered. They are limited in prop bets and euro sports. I play a lot of euro hockey and have had to use Pinnacle or Olympic for that. Otherwise, for US sports, this is a very solid book to use.

Comments: BetJamaica is the real deal! Shayla, Scotty, and Hermann are the best people there. They really care about your concerns. I really recommend all the people who are scared to open up a sportsbook account should give BetJamaica a try. This outfit is a top notch!!! You won't be disappointed.

Comments: Well, I for one think this sportsbook is AOK. It is run by a great guy, Scotty. If you have a problem Scotty will always help you out. Their lines are sharp, but pretty good. They don't give you any bullshit and like to satisfy the player. More sportsbooks should model themselves after their customer service. Jon Kneifl

Comments: Bet Jamaica is 100% first class !!! They ALWAYS answer the phone when you have a question and you sometimes get a call from the GM himself ... Mr. Scotty ! If you choose to send an e-mail, they reply very quickly. They also offer a TON of ways to deposit and withdraw $$$. They have great bonuses and offer "office squares." Thus, if you're undecided on a game, you can pick a few squares and have some action on the game. They even offered a free square for the Super Bowl and had a FREE $1M NCAA pool.

Comments: Really good website. I am very impressed and happy with them. Been with them a little over a month, and so far really no big complaints. I withdrew a check the other week for $1000, and the money was in my checking account in less than 20 hours. Unbelievable and to top it off, it was a free withdrawal as well as a free deposit. Can't beat that. Few things thought. Not a big fan of the 4x rollover, but that seems to be the standard in the industry. I have problems scrolling down a lot unless I use the arrow keys at the edge of the page. I may get a mouse b/c that seemed to work when i was at a computer lab. Another critique is there does not seem to be too many lines outside the actual game lines. For example, in baseball there is no series price or 5 winning or props. Not a big deal, b/c I usually tend to stay away from them anyway...but this is more less an observation. Additionally, a major plus is that they dont have a casino! Got to like that. Overall, very satisfied with BetJamica so far. I recommend it.

Comments:

This is a great sportsbook. Payouts are super quick. Money was in my account the next day...to top it off there are no fees. Customer service is very polite although sometimes it is difficult to understand them. Lines are good. The one thing about betjm is that there are no props and things like that. That's good for me because I don't usually play those but if you are a prop player or enjoy teasers and other exotics betjm is not for you. It's a great book overall. I highly recommend as I have yet to encounter any problems with them nor do I expect to.

Comments: The casino is totally rigged. I was winning for a week on the roullete just on betting on black. Suddenly I had 13 reds in a row. Pure bogus once the software knows your bets then they will rig it. Terrible experience lost all my sportsbook money because I trying their "new" casino. They should remain a pure sportsbook site. I feel ripped off.
