Comments: How this sportsbook qualifies for an "A" rating is a mystery to me. I actually gave up on them and closed my account some time ago because they sucked so bad but recently I decided to give them another shot and guess what... they still suck. Their customer service agents have to be the most insipid human beings on this planet. I could go into detail but whats the point? They DON'T care and refuse to CHANGE! Their answer to every question seems to be call back later... UTTER NONSENSE!!!

Comments: I have used Pinnacle and started using BetCris about 3 months ago. I have made two withdrawls from them and they have been settled quickly. The customer service is pleasant, and I like their new Debit Card system which they issued recently. All in all a good site to use.

Comments: what is going on with the rounding at Betcris. they are stealing by rounding down the potential winnings. no other book does this.......

Comments: Its so bad they know there casino is a rip off I asked them to lock mine then they closed my account. I still have recieved any answers about them reopening my account..

Comments: I would give this site an A if the Casino wasnt so rigged. I know blackjack you lose most of the time but i have never seen a dealer get so many 20 and blackjacks in a row. The sportsbook is great, very reliable, but PLEASE stay away from the casino. Otherwise, they have great stuff to offer.

Comments: this is the worst book out there, and should not be trusted by anyone..I don't have enough time to go into it all, but there is nothing good to be said about this company...trust me don't waste your time,or money...

Comments: Charged my credit card and never made the money available. Tried to speaking with Customer Services about this issue, they told me that it was denied. Once I faxed my bank statements to provide them PROVE of the charge, they put the blame on another company. It’s been over a week now and still no refund. I have canceled my account with them and would not recommend this company.

Comments: How does a sportsbook get an a+ rating with the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I made three bets with Iowa this past weekend(parlay, tease, and straight up)right before gametime i was reviewing my bets and realized my parlay had Iowa -20 instead of the -16, the number i bet them on, So I call them up, they transfer me to the sportsbook,and after explaining my problem to this jackass he rudly says "So what is your issue?" I reply " I just explained to you what my issue is" He then HANGS UP on me! What a joke, You have to be crazy to put up with that kind of attitude and disrespect from someone you are are trusting with your money. I am closing my account and hoping that anyone thinking of dealing with betcris will read this and go to a different site.

Comments: Betcris refused to honor a deposit bonus (21% deposit bonus referred to in their mailing and website). After multiple calls to customer service they refused to make it right offering a 10% bonus. If the offer says 21% only 21% is acceptable. I will not deal with a sportsbook that cannot be trusted to honor its committments.

Comments: BETCRIS has an awesome website and pretty good wagering options but they suck as far as getting me my payouts fast as they promised and blame it on Western Union and the FBI. Ihave used several different books over the years and this one is good until it comes to getting your money to you. We get the money to them in minutes and it takes days to get it back.

Comments: Betcris handles wagers in a nice, prompt manner. It is not the glitziest book out there, but they are prompt when handling the business of money. I liked my experience with this sportsbook. Comments: Betcris received an A+, as did several other books. Well, A+ shouldn't really exist, because even the best have their faults. There is no way in you know what your going to be completely satisfied with any book. Betcris gives out early lines(the day before), are reliable, and are always excessible. Great, but once again customer service, as EVERY book, is hit or miss. This is the normality. They are VERY strict on $50 phone minimum. You know, there are times I'd like to make a round robin or parlay that DOESN't exceed $50. Oh, I forgot it's their money, not mine. They also round every payoff down for you. Yes, they KEEP ALL the change. And, when they win, they round UP for themselves. So, not only are we giving the juice, they add to it at Betcris. So, should Betcris be an A+ ? I shutter to think what else is out there if these issues qualify Cris for an A+. Well the conclusion is : getting scr**ed must be the norm, so when an above-average book comes along it's a breath of fresh air, so we label them with A+'s. It's a shame that getting your $$ and having friendly and understanding service is the rarity and NOT the norm. In this respect Cris is one of the best, and compared to what must be out their, an A to a B. Will you have your problems, an emphatic, yes.

Comments: My experience with BetCris.com is not so long. I have been betting over them over 2.5 months. Firts of all, I have to mention that they are one of the sportsbooks that publishes the nightly odds so early. It gives you great advantage to track the odds from one day before. It is a big advantage! Also I requested 2 payouts during my membership with them. I got my winnings without any problem, and fast. The only disadvantage for BetCris is the lack of bonuses. It would be better if they develop this issues. As the conclusion, I honestly suggest BetCris to all of the bettor friends without any doubt.

Comments: I have had little trouble until today when the website was down and I was given several different explanations and projections of when it would be up again..I was forced to use phone betting for my horses and at the end of the day they had me 400 dollars short..I have no way to prove my wagers since I couldnt officially confirm these bets.they said they would fax me my wagers but their equipment was not modern enough to connect to my fax..I am at their mercy....I will be withdrawing my funds as soon as possible...

Comments: They sent a promo. Two days later I am still getting the runaround. Customer service is mean and pathetic. Go somewhere else!!

Comments: This company's name is HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Why, when you wager on your team they raise the line. For example the conn. wash. game went to overtime. They had conn. at 2 an half I wagered 500.00 on conn. they raise the line from 115 to 125 conn. So I change my bet to Wash. So they change the line again to 125 conn. to 115 wash. I went back for conn. and they change the line to 125 conn. This is not the first time they do this. I'm not giving my account number, because I still have money in the account. The reason I'm writing you this is why do you give this sight an A+?

Comments: The site is down or slow routinely ... Live chat is entertainment as reps are clueless ... Site navigation is from the stone age, needs a major upgrade ... Payouts are quick.

I opened CRIS wager account a couple of years back based on your site A+ recommendation. I wagered most of the times at VIP Sports. I bet a couple of times and then I stopped betting at the CRIS site because of their site user unfriendly wager format. Then I got peppering calls from their customer rep to deposit and wager at their site. First, I politely asked them to stop calling and told them I will wager when I want at my leisure time and they don't have to call me. Even after the request, they still call me. So I told the guy to remove me from their calling list. It seems like he didn't and other guys called me again. Finally, I had had enough and swear at the guy to stop calling and the call finally stopped. This year, I wanted to bet on the Super Bowl and I looked at your website and I saw that CRIS has offered 20% bonus on deposit. So I made a deposit. Before the game, I made a bet on the basketball game and won. Then I found out that after I win, they took away the bonus that they gave to me. They have never mentioned on their website that the bonus can only be used once and will not be credit back to my account if I win. At VIP Sports, when I reload my deposit, I get 10% reload bonus. I can replay the bonus as long as I win and will only lose it only if I lose the bet. It is a very misleading website and you should warn your website visitors. Beware their 20% bonus is not actually a bonus. Just one-time-use trick! I am trying to withdraw my money because they mislead me but they won't let me and told me I have to roll over 5x before I can withdraw. This is getting very ridiculous and frustrating. You guys should not give them A+ rating at all. Do you also know that they truncate the change in their favor and do not credit into your account properly. I bet $100 and get only $90 on 110 odds. The other website offer $90.91 for the same odds.

 

Note: The two most common types of bonuses are cash bonuses and free play bonuses.  The difference between the two is a cash bonus gets added to your balance.  Free play money, is money you use once, and the winnings from the wager will be added to your balance.  Players should always ask whether the bonus being advertised is a cash bonus or a free play bonus.

Comments: The Pros of Cris: -Loyalty points accumulation- for free plays and gifts. -Early lines (NFL totals on Tue. w/$lines. NBA lines & totals the night before!)-terrific for parlays when games aren't on the same day or to get your wagers in before work. OUTSTANDING. - Wagers graded immediately(except 1 time). Seconds after the game concludes. - Easy deposit and withdrawl The Cons of Cris: - Customer service shaky. I've NEVER really had a question answered conscisely. 20 min. at times to get something answered. - $50 phone minimum. Horrible if you want to hedge a wager w/a half-time line or make say a $30-40 Round Rob. or parlay. I hate this- IT'S MY MONEY** - They take most of the games "off the board" before it starts. Be careful*** - Every wager is rounded UP or DOWN to the next whole number- the whole number to their favor. If you're payoff is 63.99,you get 63. If lose 52.01, you lose $53! Believe me, it all adds up! I actually questioned them on this, what do you know, the clerk didn't know what I was talking about (obviously trained not to answer this) -Horrendous teaser odds. No mixing on specials and the worst odds out there. ** I had about $500 in wagers going and had left like $20-$30 in my account. I called in from a restaurant to just let the remaining ride on a parlay. The clerk refused my wager due to their $50 min rule. So, apparently I had to redeposit or let it sit in there collecting dust. ***Punched in my wager-I get "the line changed, press cont. or go back". I go back, punch it in again, then a second time- "the line changed, press cont. or go back". I repeat the process, then unbelievably- "game already started". I call in the bet immed. and get "sorry it's off the board". Eeehhhh. Conclusion: for me, the Pros out- weigh the cons because the pros are more important. You just have to deal w/ all the little B.S. that in reality, they could terminate w/ some effort. I Recommend this book.

Comments: Recently moved to this book after reviewing several of your recommended books, and I''m very pleased with this book so far. One of the many positives are extremely fast response to customer service inquiries and instant reconciling of wagers on quarter and half lines, so you can play on your winnings without waiting 5 minutes after the half / quarter has ended. Loyalty program is very good too. Thank you SBR! (PS - haven't requested pay out yet, but they seemed eager to assist when I inquired about payout methods and fees.)
