Comments: I have accounts at the top sportsbooks, such as WWTS, Pinnacle, and CRIS. I now include BetBet.com one of my top sportsbooks. Like any other serious gambler, I look for a wide variety of good lines, and quick payouts. BetBet has provided that.
I also appreciate good customer service. BetBet has online chat which has assited me in deposits, and other minor matters. But the real test came recently concerning a wager I placed on Jazil, 2nd place finisher in the Wood Memorial. The line had been 80-1. After the race, 400-1 was posted. This had to be a mistake so I notified BetBet by email. No sportsbook in the world - including those in Vegas - have to pay off bets placed at odds set by human or technical error. When in the past I pointed out mistakes to Pinnale, they deposited money into my account as a reward. CRIS let me place a small bet at the wrong, high odds. But they didn't have to. When the odds at BetBet on Jazil dropped to 200-1 (probably automatically by computer after money came in on the 400-1) I decided to bet $110 just incase that was the line they actually wanted to set. A while later, I get an email from Nancy Knapman, Racing Manager of Betcorp (WWTS and BetBet), informing me that the line was indeed a mistake. However, they would refund my money on Jazil back into my account, and place a $110 bet on Jazil at the proper 20-1 odds AT NO CHARGE TO ME - if that was okay with me. Okay with me? Risking no money to win $2200 when all they (or any sportbook in the world) have to do is re-adjust my original bet. Yeah, Ms. Knapman, that'll be just fine with me. I doubt any Vegas sportbook would do that. And yes, they, too, make mistakes. So, besides good lines and fast payouts, I appreciate it when a sportsbook does things for the player which it DOES NOT HAVE TO DO. That shows a real commitment to customer service. In my opinion, BetBet and WWTS are must have accounts for the serious player.
