Comments: I recently did a request for withdrawal with betandwin and everything was good. I just had to send my ID scan, and after 5 working days the sum was accredited on my credit card. I must say that I don't like very much this book because of the lack of soccer asian handicap on their offer, and because you must deposit at least 30 euro, but I have to say they are quite reliable.

Comments: They drop my bet limit to 10 GBP, simply because I won money from them. And their staff of Customer Service is very rude.

Why the high current rating for BetandWin? This book has poor software with a confusing betslip and ridiculous inpayment system, limits very quickly, boots players without explanation, charges for deposits and withdrawals, has no bonus policy and has poor customer service. Not an F, OK, as they do pay. But B+?, you've got to be kidding. Perhaps SBR isn't quite as independent as it makes out?

Comments: Didn't reply to e-mails. Took 18 hours to acknowledge my win. Payout not yet received. Very slow service.

Comments: Betandwin closed my account three months ago. During that time they promised several times that they will transfer my account balance to my bank account. They did not did such thing. They even send me an e-mail where they stated that the money was sent to my moneybookers account. Offcourse they did not did such thing. I've been sending them e-mails for quite some time now, but they aren't responding to them. You should stay away from them,

Comments: I tried to deposit £600 for a wager. Betandwin refused it so I contacted them and we found that there was a limit on my credit card of £500. That was okay - I sorted it out with my credit card and went back to betandwin to make a deposit of less than £500 the next day. betandwin refused it saying there was a deposit limit of £150. I emailed them to find out why as I was anxious to place a bet that day. There was no response for 3 hours. I then tried to log onto my account with them. I received a message saying the acount was 'disabled'. I contacted them again and they replied immediately saying the account was closed for financial security reasons and it would not be re-opened. I emailed back asking for an explanation. They replied saying that they were unwilling to have any further discussion on it. I am at a loss to understand both their action and their attitude. Comments: I signed up for their 50% match bonus. After depositing I did not receive the bonus. I have sent 4 mails over three days that have gone unanswered. I would avoid these guys.

Comments: Betandwin.de gave me an limit from 5 Euro. Because of this I make an withdrawel to Moneybookers. First I had 685.72 Euro in my account but could only withdrawel 685.71 Euro, but this isn't the problem. I have requestet the withdrawel at 30th January and until today (7th February) they haven't paid. I have send last week to mails through contact formular at their site but they answered only the first email (they told, that they will send information to reponsible person). The second email they didn't answer. I have send them also yesterday morning an email through their contact formular, but also no answer until today.
