What can I say?! This is truly a first-class sportsbook in every way. The wagering selection ('menu') is huge and their customer service is the best in the business. This company truly deserves an A+ rating because they 'do things right' (even the so-called 'little things'), are honest and ethical...and make the games fun and enjoyable. There's no need to worry about 'problems', controversies or getting paid, either. I've been with them for a few years now and I know what I'm talking about; heck, they even let you bet on whether the Dow Jones will go up or down the next day! Good job, guys (and gals) at 5Dimes; a "5-Star" book if there ever was one!

I have dealt with over 15 different sportsbooks over the past 5 years.  5 Dimes has the worst customer service and management of them all.  They are not helpful and they often give cocky ass responses to your questions and/or problems.  There is a manger named Matt who is really bad!  I have had nothing but problems with them.  I wrote a letter to the President of the company, but have yet to hear back!  DO NOT PLAY AT 5 DIMES.  Anyone is welcome to contact me with more precise negative ordeals that these bozos have tried to pull on me.  5 Dimes is a SCAM book!!!!

I trying it get a payout from them this pass week.  I ask 2 checks to be sent to via FEDEX and I cannot get my money.  I got one of them on Friday, that is 5 days later after I requetsed it.  I am trying to get the other $3000 that they owe me.  They keep saying there is a delaying in process my request.  They sayit with the processing company.  The cannot even some me a check for what they owe me.  Keep getting the same BS, there is a delaying in processing your request.  They never have a problem in taking my money only processing my request and say sorry. They keep telling me to check back with them tomorrow,  they don't know if they even sent my check.  Today they stated my 2nd check has been sent but did not have a tracking number, got figure... If you sent the check would not have a tracking number, When I sent them my money I give them the money tracking number.  I hope I get my oney soon I need to find another book... I think they are broke and they keep delaying my request in paying me.  Be weary of 5 dimes ???? 

the book has good odds you can parlay mma and boxing which is great if you  make too many withdrawls which i have you get  the "western union is down" or they will delay that payment

Tom is the  manager at 5dimes and great guy.  I'd continue to recommend this site to all.

Be careful at this place lately. They do pay and are a decent casino except for 4 things.

1. The casino is BIG TIME RIGGED

2. Tony (Mr. BIG Shot) is like God over there.

3. They never offer Bonuses , even to long term players, EVER !

4. Lately they have been leaving game lines out 5-10 mins past post.DONT BET THE GAME.IF YOU LOSE,YOU LOSE ! IF YOU WIN, THEY SAY THE GAME WAS PAST POSTED. SO BASICALLY YOUR RISKING $$$ TO MAKE 0 !!!  BE CAREFUL because if there is a problem it's gonna take you weeks to speak to TONY !!!!

Customer service is always fast, courteous and friendly. You can wager thru the internet or even phone in a bet. As well, they also have 'Live Chat' where you can speak with someone 24 hrs. a day. The payouts are accurate and lightning fast. They offer a huge variety of different wagering options, including 'props'. This sportsbook has a spectacular selection of boxing lines. Even their casino is fair. This book rates a 10 out of 10 in my book and I highly recommend it!
