We are coming into the playoffs after a strong regular-season of prop betting -- record of 75-64-3 -- and I have a trio of selections for Wild-Card Weekend with NFL odds courtesy of BetOnline.
Matthew Stafford O/U 255.5 passing yards
Concern over Stafford's injured middle finger and going into Seattle on Saturday are valid, but the fact is the Lions are 8-point dogs and in danger of getting blown out. However, if that happens chances are Stafford is going to be throwing a lot.
In the Lions' last three games, Stafford is averaging more than 40 pass attempts per game, and if Detroit gets dominated like it has have over the past three then Stafford should have closer to 300 passing yards. Seattle's defense is of course stout, but I think Stafford's yards total is just 10-15 yards too low.
NFL Free Pick: 'Over' 255.5 (-115)

Ben Roethlisberger O/U 275.5 Passing Yards
The Steelers are another team favored heavily this weekend, and that could mean a ton of value in Roethlisberger's passing yards prop Sunday vs. the Dolphins. I expect Le'Veon Bell to be utilized heavily in this one, and considering the Steelers could have a double-digit lead at some point in this one Roethlisberger might not even have 30 pass attempts.
If that happens, it's going to be hard for Roethlisberger to hit value. We should of course see several long attempts to Antonio Brown, but if the Steelers are ahead by a bunch they won't bust out those plays as much. The Steelers will want to keep this win as vanilla as possible. That will hurt Roethlisberger the most.
NFL Free Pick: 'Under' 275.5 (-115)
Odell Beckham Jr. O/U 90.5 Receiving Yards
The Giants could be in for one of their patented underdog runs to the NFC Championship Game or better, and I think a lot of people are immediately writing off that possibility because of how well the Packers have played lately.
However, the Packers have given up a ton of yards through the air this season, and Eli Manning & Co. could easily take advantages of that Green Bay secondary. Sure, it will be cold, but neither of these two teams have groundbreaking rushing attacks. This game is going to be won through the air. Beckham Jr. is going to have a lot to do with that. He has been on fire and should get 10-plus targets and 91-plus yards at Lambeau Field.
