There’s plenty to keep us occupied this weekend as the Premier League continues to shine a spotlight on tussles for Europe and the desperate fight against relegation. Let’s take a quick run through.

First up is Arsenal v Hull and the question here is: “Can Hull continue to pick up points against the bigger sides?”

Hull have been very impressive since Marco Silva came to the club and his opposite number Arsene Wenger could be excused for feeling the pressure ahead of this one. After losses against Chelsea and Watford, Arsenal need a win here to get things back on track. I'm staying out of the betting on this one as it just seems too uncertain to me. I will be watching though.

Manchester United welcome Watford in the first of the 3pm kick-offs and this should be a regulation 3 points for United ahead of their Europa League matches. Expect a full strength side in this one as Mourinho demonstrates where his priorities lay (hint: it isn't with the Europa League). I'm looking at the Over 2.5 goals market in this one and will admit to being very tempted by the 1.7 on offer with Pinnacle.

I'm avoiding the Middlesbrough v Everton game because of Everton's inconsistency away from Goodison Park. The Toffees can either look great or be very disappointing. I'm not prepared to gamble on which one turns up.

I do like the home win in the Stoke v Crystal Palace game and at odds of 2.07 with Pinnacle I'll back The Potters to pick up 3 points against a crumbling Palace side.

With two porous defences and Southampton looking better on the front foot. I'm going for Both Teams To Score (Yes) in their game away at Sunderland. At 1.91 with both William Hill and bet365 I think there's value there.

I'm skipping the West Ham v West Brom game but something tells me the away side will come through victorious in that one.

Saturdays evening match is possibly the game of the day as Liverpool entertain Tottenham at Anfield. The previous 2 league matches between these 2 have finished in a draw and with Pinnacle offering 3.4 on that being the end result I'm happy to take a it of that action.

Chelsea have a tough game away at Burnley in the first of Sundays games but I'm expecting them to squeak through with a single goal win. Under 2.5 is available at 2.003 with Pinnacle and I think there will be some room to spare with that one.

In the late kick off on the same day Swansea take on Leicester. I'm avoiding this one as Swansea are in a transitional period under new boss Paul Clement and Leicester are terrible away from home.

In the final match of the weekend I'm going for Manchester City -1 as they travel to Bournemouth. I really like the south coast side but since Nathan Ake was recalled by Chelsea they've looked very vulnerable in defence.

Those are my bets for this weekend. Best of luck to you all.
