It’s a pivotal weekend in Premier League betting on both sides of the table. We rundown through the schedule and serve up soccer picks to spot, so read on and increase your account balance.

Premier League Match Day 35 Recap

Leicester City are within reach of the Premier League title. They improved their bid behind a comprehensive 4-0 win over Swansea City in the last lap. At the same time the Foxes were helped along by the Magpies, who forced a 1-1 draw on Tottenham. With the gap opening to a seven-point lead in the table, Claudio Ranieri's side need three points to cap off their fairy tale season and could get it at Manchester United this weekend. Tottenham must match or better Leicester City's result at Stamford Bridge, if they hope to keep their slim title hopes alive, although, by all accounts, it's more a matter of when not if Leicester City win.

Elsewhere, Sunderland, Norwich City and Newcastle United are fighting for Premier League survival. The Black Cats descend on the Potteries, the Canaries take on the Gunners at the Emirates while the Baggies welcome Crystal Palace to St. James Park.

Here is a rundown of the Premier League odds board according to bet365 and below we preview the must-spot fixtures on your soccer picks.

Stoke City vs. Sunderland
Mark Hughes' side are mired in a three-game losing streak going into match day 36, a poor run of form that although worrying doesn't matter in the broad spectrum of the domestic campaign. Stoke City's middling position in the league is secure, which means the players have little to play for and are likely already in vacation mood. On the flipside, the Black Cats are fighting desperately for Premier League survival.

They are coming off a two-game undefeated stretch that includes a much-needed win over Norwich City and a commendable draw to Arsenal at the Stadium of Light. If the Black Cats can keep up the intensity, they may well prove to be the smart soccer pick here. You can back Sunderland to win at +180 or double chance your bet with a Sunderland win or draw at -222. Obviously, the former promises the better return. Sunderland draw no bet is a tempting -120 as well.

Manchester United vs. Leicester City
It's almost fitting that Leicester City's first-ever Premier League title could potentially be won on the hallowed grounds of the Old Trafford, home to 13-time champions Manchester United. If the Foxes do in fact pull off the upset over the Red Devils, not even they could have picked a better spot where to cap off their fairy tale season. Last term, the Foxes were mired in the relegation battle and only just made the grade.

Now they are three points away from the title. These are heady times for Claudio Ranieri's side and it remains to be seen whether they deliver at the first time of asking. Curiously, odds makers stack the soccer odds against Leicester City, sending the Foxes into this pivotal, club-defining – not to mention historical – fixture as the significant underdogs, priced at +290 soccer odds or thereabouts to win outright.

Of course, the pressure of the occasion could get to them. Beating the Red Devils at the Old Trafford isn't straightforward either, seeing Louis Van Gaal's side have only lost two home fixtures all season. However, given the Foxes have only lost three fixtures all season long – twice to Arsenal and once to Liverpool – that has to be the most straightforward bet on the weekend. How can you not tickle it at those soccer odds?

Soccer Picks: Leicester City +290

Watford vs. Aston Villa
The way Villa's season has spiralled out of control it's somewhat surprising that Watford are priced just a -138 to win outright when Aston Villa descend at the weekend. Of all the Premier League bets to have, this must be one of the best you'd think.

Aston Villa are riding ten straight losses into match day 36 and five straight losses on the away. Watford's recent form isn't exactly stellar – winless in their last four fixtures – but this is a match they'll fancy their chances to take maximum points.

Soccer Picks: Watford -138

Chelsea vs. Tottenham
Inasmuch as it is ironic Leicester City's chance to clinch the Premier League title comes at the Old Trafford this weekend, it's also ironic that the defending champions Chelsea have a chance to put the final nail in Tottenham's coffin at Stamford Bridge on Monday. Given the contrasting seasons, the Spurs are slightly favoured over the Blues to take the win at various sports betting shops – the Spurs are matched at +163 while the Blues are matched at +175 to win outright and the draw is trading at +260.

But eoes the market seriously believe the Spurs will keep their slim hopes alive or is this just optimistic posturing on the sports betting floor. Guus Hiddink's side have lost just one of their last eight fixtures – last weekend when they slipped to a 3-0 defeat to Man City. Then again, they've also won just one of those too (they are 1-6-1 in the last eight at Stamford Bridge).

This is a tough fixture to handicap in our opinion as there is value on both sides of the coin. Given the occasion and the fact that the Spurs already twice failed at the time of asking when the pressure was on them, we're going against the grain with our soccer picks and backing the Blues to win or draw at Stamford Bridge.
