Early Games of Year Picks, Golden Nugget Preparing to Hold its Annual Friday Football Showdown
As you can see, Miller and his crew over at the Golden Nugget think pretty highly of Oklahoma and Tennessee this coming season, opening the Sooners as healthy 6½-point chalks against Ohio State in Norman on Sept. 17 in Week 3 play and installing QB Baker Mayfield (12/1 to win Heisman Trophy, Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook) and Oklahoma as big 9½-point favorites against West Virginia in Morgantown on Nov. 19 in Week 12.

The Golden Nugget has made Jalen Hurd (50/1 to win Heisman Trophy, Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook) and the Volunteers 11-point favorites over Florida on Sept. 24 in Week 4 in Knoxville; Tennessee opening at a Pick ‘em against RB Nick Chubb (20/1 to win Heisman Trophy, Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook) and Georgia in The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party at the neutral site in Jacksonville (EverBank Field) in Week 5; and making the Vols and Joshua Dobbs (40/1 to win Heisman Trophy, Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook) 1-point underdogs to Bo Scarbrough (25/1 to win Heisman Trophy, Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook) and Alabama on Oct. 15 in Week 7 in Knoxville at Neyland Stadium in what should be huge SEC game and possibly have some implications in the ultimate big NCAAF picture. At first glance, it seems there may be some perceived early value on fading Oklahoma and Tennessee in some of these Golden Nugget Games of the Year here and possibly in backing Antonio Callaway (100/1 to win Heisman Trophy, Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook) and Florida with some of these early numbers.

Besides releasing these 100 Games of the Year, the Golden Nugget sportsbook is also hold preparing to host its annual “Friday Football Showdown,” a weekly contest hosted by Miller and the Golden Nugget sportsbook and The Las Vegas Sportsline (radio show) and airing every Friday afternoon (5 p.m. EDT/2 p.m. PDT) during football season on Las Vegas ESPN Radio (1100 AM, 100.9 FM). The cost to enter the Friday Football Showdown (Full Rules in Link) is $2,000 and an unlimited number of participants may this contest. Back on May 19, Miller and the Golden Nugget released its NCAAF Regular Season Win Totals for 24 select NCAA College Football teams as well as Regular Season Conference Combined Win Totals for the Power Five majors—the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, Pac-12 and SEC—along with a special and fun Grand Salami Prop bet offering up a number for the combined Total number of Wins by all teams in those five prestigious collegiate pigskin conferences as well as college football odds for all 12 of UNLV's Regular Season 2016/17 games.

Free NCAAF Picks: Ohio State +6½ over Oklahoma, Oregon Pick over Nebraska (Week 3); Stanford Pick over UCLA, Florida +11 over Tennessee (Week 4); Georgia Pick over Tennessee (Week 5); Alabama +1 over Tennessee (Week 7); Michigan State +4 over Michigan (Week 9); Florida +11½ over Florida State (Week 13) (Golden Nugget Las Vegas)
