Customer Service	F	I had one of there customer service reps curse!
Bonuses	C	Recieved $200 "free money"

Payouts	F	Waited Two months for 1st Check

Comments: I had a real problem recieving my $5000 payout from the NCAA Tourney. At one point I was trying to change my mailing address and it took two weeks and 15 phone calls, e-mail, and chats each to get it corrected. Nodody there knows what their doing or even cares. One of the reps cursed at me and hung up when I asked a simple question twice for verification. The payout took 2 months and I got the run around before I finally asked SBR for help. I recieved my payment a week later. Thanks SBR
