Week 11 in college football and Week 10 in the NFL was an imbalanced week for the books, according to Doc, the Head Linesman at Legends Sportsbook.

UConn was a sharp side on Thursday that the sportsbooks won with, but besides that, Monday through Friday was one of the worst weeks of the year for the books. The Monday night NFL game was a disaster, as was the Boise St game landing on 66 and the Broncos covering.
On Saturday the books had many small losers, and a few big losers, including North Carolina St over Wake Forest, and Ohio State’s comeback cover over Penn State. The books got saved by a few big winners in college football though, the biggest being Notre Dame’s outright win as a home underdog over Utah.
NFL was a small winner for the books according to Doc, where they “needed every dollar they got” to make up for Monday through Friday. They lost the side on the key Sunday night game though, and they also notably lost on Dallas’ surprising outright win over the Giants. According to Doc, the sharps grabbed Dallas at +14 and +13, and the public liked Dallas as well.
