Two Big 12 schools battle it out on the hardwood Tuesday as
the Oklahoma State Cowboys play host to the Baylor Bears. It promises to be
close with just two points between them in the betting odds.
It's been a tough ride for the Oklahoma State Cowboys as of late, as
they've dropped four of their last five coming into the game against Baylor.
They had lost four straight before finally getting back on
track with a 70-68 win at home over Texas Tech.
Matthew Pilgrim had nine points, 10 rebounds, three steals
and two blocks in the W while big-time bench play from Jean-Paul Olukemi (20
points) and Marshall Moses (14 points and seven boards) also spurred the
They'll come up against another team that's been rather
up-and-down in recent weeks in Baylor.
The Baylor Bears lost successively to Texas Tech and Missouri but
then took care of Texas A&M at home by a score of 58-51.
As three-point favorites on the NCAA basketball odds board, Baylor rebounded nicely in large

time. He'll have to earn his place once again, but until then it'll be Reger
Dowell running the offense for the Cowboys.
When these two teams squared off in late January, the Bears
won easily 76-57 at home. Perry Jones III recorded a game-high 24 points to go
with eight rebounds in that victory and will be counted on to have another
top-notch performance in the rematch.
The closer I look at this game the more I'm undecided on
which to side to back. I believe the Bears have more talent but the Cowboys are
very tough to beat on their own court.
With that in mind, I'm inclined to make a play on the OVER
in Tuesday's NCAA basketball encounter. The total has exceeded the O/U in eight
of the previous 10 games between the conference foes and I like that trend to
