Both the Warriors and Nuggets are 3-3 on the season, but Golden State is actually classified as an underdog at home for this matchup. Let's try and find where the best NBA betting value lies for tonight’s game.

Nuggets vs. Warriors

Odds Overview

Coming in, the Nuggets are 4-2 ATS and the Warriors are 3-2-1 ATS.

Denver is the 2 point odds favorite for this game, while the total ranges from 201 to 202. The UNDER is 3-3 for Golden State and 4-2 for Denver.

Denver Nuggets

Nuggets BettingIt's been a young season of runs for the Nuggets, as they've followed a three-game losing streak with three straight victories heading into tonight's bout.

Denver opened on the road and fell to the Philadelphia 76ers, Orlando Magic and Miami Heat, but have bounced back extremely well with wins over the Detroit Pistons, Houston Rockets and Utah Jazz, two of which were by double digits.

Last night the Nuggets smoked Utah 104-84 in Denver. The outcome was pretty much decided after the first half, after Denver used a big second quarter to take a 16-point lead.

Kenneth Faried and Kosta Koufos both had double-doubles, and Andre Iguodala had 15 points and seven boards. Corey Brewer came up big running with the second unit, nailing five threes en-route to 20 points in just over 20 minutes of action.

The Nuggets have covered in four straight games. Will they make it five in a row with a triumph over the Warriors in California?

Golden State Warriors

The inconsistency continued for the Warriors last night. They were destroyed 101-77 by the Los Angeles Lakers and have now alternated wins and losses through their first six games.

The up-and-down nature has been there for people making their sports picks too. In all, at least the Warriors are up money at 3-2-1 ATS on the year.

Golden State had no chance against the Lakers, even though they had just fired Mike Brown earlier in the day. The Warriors hung around for the most part in the second half but were then demolished in he second 24 minutes.

Shooting just 33.7 percent from the field, Golden State was off all night Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and David lee were the only three players to hit double figures in the loss. Lee added 12 boards.

Obviously, losing Andrew Bogut for at least another week is going to be tough to handle. Festus Ezeli has moved into the starting lineup, but he's still too raw to be a reliable contributor in the NBA. Expect Carl Landry to continue to get more minutes going forward, but it's still not the same. The Warriors will be missing Bogut big time.

NBA Pick

Well, this is the third straight Golden State game that we've covered. Can we make it three out of three?

This is the trickiest of them all though. We like this Warriors team, but the Nuggets are really playing good ball right now and are going to be a hard team to fade.

So, we'll go a different direction and place our sports picks on the total. Both teams love to get up and down the court in a hurry and the pace of this one is likely to be frenzied. Moreover, there will be a ton of great shooters on the court, including Curry, Thompson and Danilo Gallinari.

Therefore, we're adding the OVER to our collection of plays.
