On November 6th, at the start of the 4th quarter of the NBA Warriors-Nuggets game, a player placed an "in-running" bet risking $1000 to win $833. The winning bet was canceled after the event. MySportsbook first claimed it was a past-posted play, but later blamed the cancellation on offering erroneous betting odds. The sportsbook refused to pay the player, reprice the bet at what it deemed to be a fair market payout, and has not shown why it considers the betting offer to be in error. MySportsbook.com is operated and hosted by parent sportsbook, Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-).

Sportingbet management has taken a hard stance against players who treat their incentives as something more than a novelty. It is evident that management may decide not to pay players after reviewing the bettor’s history over the life of the account.

Six days after the payout request he is told that his withdrawal will be arriving via FedEx. MySportsbook states that they have been unable to process this payout "due to technical problems".
Player writes: I am pretty sure the money is on the way I am just annoyed that they sent it FedEx when it was supposed to go to Firepay.
