Comments: I signed up for a 1x rollover where clients deposit 50GBP or more and all they have to do is wager that amount 1X win or lose in the Sports Exchange and they will receive the 100% match of what they deposited. So, here's the truth there was no fine print to explain the condition and I e-mailed these idiots several times to get a better understanding of what was required exactly, the condition is that it has to be one wager for the full amount. I you split it up into multiple wagers only the first one counts towards the bonus and then your subject to a condition on cashing that amount out. The BS is incredible people complain about slow payouts how about receiving a message that it will be reviewed in 72hrs. They don't even review it for 72hrs and then it can take another 72hrs to be told what the circumstances are and stupid Rollover requirements are. It will honestly take you 5 e-mails back and forth before you get an answer that is not a canned response. Some of the reply's were so off the mark of what I was asking, I have lost complete faith in any outcome or payout for that matter. Mansion must be run out of some guys basement. I think the site had potential but, there is not one human behind or maybe only one human behind the scenes to reply accurately to anyone's questions. They even asked for documentation for Neteller deposits they haven't a clue in what is needed or not needed. F--ing amateurs!
