JapanCasino enters SBR Rating Guide at D-
JapanCasino is the seventh Goto Entertainment sportsbook to enter the SBR rating Guide within the last three months. The Costa Rica-based operation is currently slow-paying multiple large winners. SBR has received two player reports of $500 installment payments in response to four figure withdrawal requests last week. SBR again began receiving slow-pay complaints from large GoTo Sportsbook winners in the middle of 2008.
