Comments: let me warn all players out there.....if u asked me 7 years ago i would have told you that intertops was a good place to play because they pay if u win....but as of now i would say DO NOT play at this low budget website....now i dont know if it has something to do with their COO change but their customer service is garbage....you would think after being a customer for 7 years they would give the player some respect...but this is not the case....basically i wanted to test them and deposit a small amt like $10 or so & try to get that up to a $100 and make a withdraw....well sure enough i did and as soon as i made a withdraw request it says 48hrs....lol...yeah right its been a week and nothing....then when i call customer service no matter what time of the day they say the accounting dept is closed....wtf...these people are crooks now....i dont use their casino portion but ive seen reviews by other player here on their software being rigged....all i know is ive sent multiple e-mails for a week and recieved no response when trying to withdraw some chump change...i mean if these people wont pay somneone $100 what if u are a high limit player and hit them for a few thousand...i would feel sorry for anyone that has to try and get their OWN money back from them...and when i say that i mean as a player you make deposits so most of the time the deposits outway the withdraws unless u are having some good days...thats just the way gambling goes...but there is no excuse for not responding to inquiries...thats just them wanting to hold the money so the player will continue to bet...the old slow pay or holding tactic...well guess what intertops u dont control what or when i want to bet...i deal with neteller instacash for all deposits so ALL my deposits are cleared instantly....NO problems when making a deposit...smooth as silk...lol....but dont attempt a withdraw....its like pulling teeth....and this is for only some chump change....please spread the word about intertops and their holding players monies tactics....the sign of a book going downhill real fast

Comments: I've been with Intertops for close to 10 years now off and on, and I would say they are having a revival of sorts lately. They have very opinionated lines, as you will often find a bargain here. This holds true especially with regards to their half-time lines if you're into that sort of thing (CFB in particular). Bonus policy sucks somewhat, as once you are banished from future bonus promotions, it's pretty much impossible to earn another gift cent from them. Regardless, very professional, very couteous and knowledgeable CS. Solid book who will ALWAYS pay, though not nearly as fast as the staples of the industry (Pinnacle, WSEX, Olympic)

Comments: On 10/20/02 I made three $20 three team 10 point teasers. On 10/21/05 when I checked out the results Intertops showed that I only bet two different teasers. One that I won and one that I lost. On the third teaser that I bet which was a winner was no where to be seen. On the same day I bet the LSU game to win+ over the total & both for a two team parlay. I won again. BUT not sign of the bet once again. On 10/10/05 I made a baseball bet for $10, an hour later there was a $10 refud in my account for that bet. I checked the pitchers of the game and nothing had changed so I reentered the same bet. Once again an hour later the bet was refunded. So I gave up. I would have lost the bet any way. The next day I checked my account and Intertops deducted $20 for the two bets they refunded me. Go figure. When I called and asked for help each time they acted like I was crazy and said sorry you must ahve made a mistake. over the years I have started to notice problems with Intertops. Time to move on. BEWARE!!!!!

Comments: Generally good lines, with a fast (2-day) payout on over $1k. The main negative occurred on making a withdrawal. There is really no way to confirm that your withdrawal request was received. The website does not have a section for pending withdrawals, nor do you receive a confirming e-mail. Phone support indicated that a different department handled withdrawals and they could not contact them. That said, they did pay promptly.

Comments: If you can get by the reliability issues with the website being down, and no means to call in a play, as they only take online plays, try getting by the "one sided" prop bets they have. Purely a ripoff. They love to offer prop bets, only on one side, and a juiced down price, hoping to just pocket the entire pot. The lines are so juiced down on euro sports, that they really cannot be played. The only plus I see is on teasers at -120 for a 7pt teaser in football and 5 in hoops, and the ability to cross sport them. They also refund 2gamers that hit the number with the other half losing.

Comments:

A decent book...until you start winning. I consistantly won and they minimized all of my wagering limits. If you''re a winning capper, stay away!
