Comments: This book was fantastic when it was Hollywood107, but when they got bought out the whole experience was downgraded. I was in the process of purchasing a home and I needed to get some extra cash out from my Hollywood account. The whole process quickly turned into a debacle. They were supposed to transfer the money via Neteller. Days passed and nothing showed up in my Neteller account. The customer service rep said the request was still pending and assured me it would be transferred to my Neteller account in "a day or two." Long story short they sent a check FedEx to my old address and no one could tell me they decided to go with a different payout method than I requested. I was able to track it down and get to it before my first new mortgage payment, but it was enough for me decide I would never place another bet there again. Be careful if you play with these guys.
