    retirement rules (specific scenario)

Is there any bookmaker that would pay on this bet in case Brands or Dolgopolov retires due to injury and match isn't played out? (they have played 37+ games by now)

    Tennis - ATP US Open - R1
    Daniel Brands v Alexander Zverev
    Match: over 35

First set in Dolgopolov's match didnt finish so all bets will be voided in that case

I don't think there's any books that would grade an over/under for a match that wasn't completed (or a games spread). For ML though, there's some books out there that grade after a single point is played, so you'd win if you bet on Ferrer. Usually though, books grade after one set or void the match altogether if there's a retirement.

Bet365 requires match complete for ML bets but pays on totals and handicaps that have already won or had no chance to lose if the match was completed normally.

There was another thread in the last two weeks where someone posted a list of book retirement rules and there was half a dozen that only require 1 ball for action.
