Or can it be that Novak is not playing his best tennis, and that Kei is playing the best tennis of his career? Novak looked poor at best versus Murray and Kei was patient and tactical is beating both Raonic and Wawrinka.

Novak still wins the 4th and 5th sets here 75% of the time, so the live line is reasonable IMO.
