    making money on challengers

In last couple of weeks, I have been paying more attention to challenger tour. Seems like odds are less sharp there, which makes that market easier to beat. I will post some of my picks in this thread.

    Viola ML @3.50 Bet365 3 units

Dzumhur ML @1.92 Pinnacle 2 units

Giannessi ML @3.28 Pinnacle 1 unit

    Schwartzman+Fabianno @2.65 1 unit

    Rodriguez Pace @7.91 0.5 unit

Indeed odds are less sharp, especially at some books. You have to catch them pretty quick though.

Looking forward to your picks, will be monitoring your thread

    Thanks!

Speaking of the odds and catching them quickly, it depends. I noticed that almost always, odds are droping on the favorites and rising on the underdogs, regardless of how the players looked in previous matches. In Braunschweig, I rode Zverev all the way to the finals and I was pretty shocked to see odds for his win raise, before every match...

Rollercoaster match. He was up 5-2 in the first set, lost it 5-7. Then 3 times break up in the final set. Bellucci cathces up with him. Then Viola saves match point... Crazy. But it was worth it. Good value bet.

What's your plan moving forward? Rejuvenate old thread or keep this challenger thread or something else?

I gave that one a little thought. In my first thread, I was very inconsistant, going through few winning and loosing streak. Wasn't able to make profit on a regular basis. Despite those rough few weeks in the end, I think I still had some profit left in my old thread, so I am just going to leave it at that. And see where these challengers are going to take us.

Ok 5 units Desein playing good this week? I saw Edmund against Semrajc in 1st round and he didn't played well and should have lost that match if Semrajc hadn't choked

I watched his match against Bozoljac. Second serve might be a problem, but from the baseline, he was rock solid. Edmund has some shotmaking ability, but inconsistant and too error prone, to keep up with Desein in this one.

    @BeanTownClown88

Yeah, hard courts. But very fast conditions, because of the altitude.

    You are welcome, Simon!

I didn't bet that one, but it is not a bad idea. Dustov looked good in Winnetka, and he has a big game, which could be lethal in those conditions in Bogota. Good luck!

Dustov lacks a first serve for a guy that's 6'5. Tomic is kinda toying with him at the moment
