SportsBook.com Has Disabled My Account with $25,000+ balance after winning SB Parlays

    Everyone

Is Sportsbook.com legit or not? Covers.com ranks them 6th best, but Sportsbookreview has them on the avoid list with a D-. Wish I found this out before I deposited and won huge parlays with them yesterday.

I sent this to SportsbookReview.com , so I'm just making it public. Any thoughts?

"I'm seeking your help to resolve this issue I am having with Sportsbook.com

I am a member of Wager7.com and I recently just signed up with Sportsbook.com. I deposited $1000 and was
looking forward to getting in on the Super Bowl Sunday action. I started by doing a $200 3 team parlay on Italian and English Premiere Soccer UNDER's, and by 8am when that won, I did Chelsea/Liverpool UNDER 2.5 with some of the winnings,
and with the rest (nearly $2,000 now off my initial deposit of $1,000) I submitted a handful of parlays for $500 each of picks like Celtics -4.5 , Heat -11.5, Knicks - 4.5 and Pacers, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, Capitals, Capitals UNDER 5.5, etc.......

All of the parlays concluded with the Packers as the final pick!

Everything in my parlays won, and once the Packers completed my handful of parlays I logged into my wager7 account to see my balance - no proble m, and then I logged into my Sportsbook.com account, but couldn't. I tried to, but got an error message that said my account has been disabled, that I needed to contact Customer Service.

I got on live chat and a representative named Andrea helped me by asking that I send in documentation to prove who I was. She said there were inactive accounts that had chargebacks that had used my address of 28191 Singleleaf, etc and asked if I knew who these people were. I told her I had no idea. She asked how long I've lived at this address, I said my whole life and live with my mom and step dad. She said ok to write a note saying I do not know who else would have used my information, that I have no knowledge of it, and have not authorized anyone to use my information. She said to submit it and management would review it to possibly get my account reopened.

So Sportsbookreview.com , I want to make you aware of the situation and see what suggestions you had for m e, or if you could speak to them on my behalf. I won a large amount of money by hitting some 5,6,7,8 game parlays and now all of a sudden my account was disabled and it is very distressing to me. Please look into this matter for me and let me know what I should do as I am not so sure I trust these guys anymore. It seems suspicious that my account gets disabled just because I signed up and won some money with them.

    Thank you in advance,

    Daniel T"

Is it normal for you to bet like such a maniac? The nature of the bets, combined with the whole ********** issue, are suspicious.

However, Sportsbook.com has a bad reputation for stiffing winners. The have earned this bad reputation over the years. And now that they have earned such a reputation, it's impossible to just assume that they are not lying in this case. They are capable of inventing the ********** story out of whole cloth, because boy do they love to stiff big winners.

Lately they have been trying to improve their rep though. I have to say that I have won big there and have been paid very quickly.

You should file a complaint with SBR against Sportsbook.com. Don't worry, SBR is a mortal enemy of Sportsbook. I imagine that they are like the Jets and the Sharks down in CR. I wonder what happens when the SBR crew is hanging out in the Rey and a bunch of Sportsbookers stroll in? So SBR will go to bat for you for sure, assuming you are not lying. Whether SBook listens them is another story.

But file a complaint with SBR.

It was Super Bowl Sunday, I always go big and put in a big parlay for it. It wasn't so crazy, I did MONEY LINE Heat, Celtics, Knicks, Notre Dame, Wisconsin and Ohio St... But yes, I normally do go for big parlays. Its my form of the lottery. You get to pick your own teams and see what happens. They can think it suspicious all they want, the fact is that my deposit was successfully paid with my debit card and bets were pending, but once I won, my account was suddenly disabled. Why offer VC if they are going to do this to people..... I have sent them my driver's license, bank statement showing their charge, utility bill and front back of the card itself to prove my identity. Do you believe this will be resolved?

I won $99,600 with BetUs 2 summers ago after sending them $100 ** and doing a 13 team parlay. So this is my thing....

Is Covers.com working with Sportsbook.com ??? Twice now I have posted this similar message in the Gaming Industry forum over there, and twice now it has been deleted and my user id has lost the ability to post new messages. Why are they ranking sportsbook.com as the #6 spot if SBR has them at a D-??? Are they one and the same????

And for the record, I deposited, I played my big parlays, I won, and then my account was disabled. No chargebacks, no *************** situation, nothing that would give them an excuse for this.... I have contacted SBR. Let's see what happens.

It is very hard for me to post right now because something is wrong with my SBR account. The server is very slow for me and sometimes it times out when I try to post.

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH SPORTS BOOK REVIEW

This is your best chance. Sportsbook.com has been trying to improve their reputation. It is possible you will get paid. I can't make a good prediction, because I don't actually know what happened. You could be a ********** scammer for all I know. In fact, if SBook were a reputable book, I would lean towards that assumption. SBook does not have a good reputation in these matters though.

    In summary,

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH SPORTS BOOK REVIEW

If you don't know how to file a complaint, PM or email "Lou". He is a moderator here.

    Covers is a joke.

The same thing that has happened to you over there has happened to me. I had a serious issue with BetPhoenix and they would not let me post about it there. I actually spoke with Lou from Covers (different Lou from guy I told you to contact here obv) on the telephone and he flat out told me that there would be no forum without sponsors and that he could not allow me to post such a story about one of his sponsors. I asked him if I could make a post detailing my issue, and then have him (Lou from Covers) post in the thread and say that he looked into it and found BetPhoenix did nothing wrong. He wouldn't even go for that. He knew my story had the "ring of truth" to it and he would not allow me to post it. He has no integrity and will protect his income stream from his sponsors. I have no problem with websites advertising/being affiliates for online books, but a site which pretends to be an open forum should be an open forum.

So no, Covers will not let you air a dispute with one of their paying sponsors on their forum.

Ive been having a hard time with them as well. Requested a withdrawal a few weeks ago and I received an email shortly after saying that if I was to cancel my withdrawal they will credit me an extra 10%. Well,.I didnt do this,..but this was the FIRST time EVER..I have seen an email like this after I requested a withdrawal. Well,.they took a few days and I didnt get a confirmation email so I went onto their chat to discuss my account and find out whats going on. They told me same shit all these other shitty books tell you, "Processor delays". Such bullshit.
    My personal opinion:
Sportsbook.com is going broke! Or,.they knew they would lose their asses on the Superbowl and started dodging their customers.
Either way,..After years with this book I might be done. Its been almost a week and still no confirmation regarding my withdrawal.
    Hmmmm...somethings going on over there..

good memory my friend. Yes that was me. After 3 straight days of 5k , 5k and 5k withdrawal requests paid, they slowed me down and limited me to a weekly $790money gram. I lost a chunk back to them by the time SBR stepped in and got the issue resolved

So while BETUS was pretty shady with that, SportsBook.com has taken it to a whole other level by just flat out disabling my account. Hopefully SBR has some pull with them too.

It varies, probably depending on which SBR mod/employee is allocated to handle the complaint. I had a slow pay complaint last fall, which I managed to get resolved myself. I received no reply at all from SBR during the month after I'd finally complained and was still trying to get paid.

If you did chargebacks for ANY book, I hope you get nothing. I don't care what the reason was.

On the other hand, if you are totally innocent, and completely legit, then I hope you get every dime and out Sportsbook as the cheats that they are, along with Covers.

    Good luck.

Thanks man. There's no reason for them to have done that to me so I have nothing to hide. Sportsbook asked for proof of my identity so I sent my driver's license, front and back of the Chase debit card used, my bank statement, and a utility statement, and now they say they are processing the documents, to give them 48-72 hours to review.... that was monday... and now tonight they say they need 72-96 hours to review and my account should be open in a day or so. That's what the rep said when I just called. So i'll keep you guys up to date.

    UPDATE

So tonight I called and a rep told me they were still reviewing my documents (drivers license, front and back of DC, bank statement and utility statement) and I should have access to my account in 24-48 hours....

I got on chat anyways an hour later just to see if they have the same story, and this rep said they need 72-96 hours to finish reviewing my documents....

And now I just got on chat and talked to a new name, and now all of a sudden they basically said that my ip address is the same as accounts with chargebacks so until I go and find these people who did $800 in chargebacks with them, they will keep my account closed. I got them to confirm I have a $26,000 balance but the winnings will be forfeited unless I get the people who made $800 in chargebacks to pay sportsbook.com, and then I will have access to my account again and will have my winnings.... After back and forth numerous times of the rep saying I needed to get this Delgado guy and some girls name with Delgado last name too to contact sportsbook.com to pay their $800 debt I asked for them to just take it out of my winnings, even though I have nothing to do with them except the horrible luck of accessing my sportsbook.com account from a public wi fi signal to place the bet. I opened my account from home, but the next morning for superbowl I was out and used a public signal. Now I'm somehow responsible for people who also used that internet signal to screw sportsbook.com.... So anyone who signs up or accesses their account later at a library, or from starbucks, is pretty much screwed if anyone ever screwed a sportsbook from there? They said they won't take their $800 debt out of my winnings. I asked why is it my responsibility to go find this Delgago guy and make him pay his $800 debt and if I do then I'll get my balance and account back and I asked if I could just pay the $800 myself just to end this depressing heartache... I mean this is sickening to me, I was so excited, it was a lifechanging amount and I need this money for college, and this rep is telling me I got to go make this Delgado guy pay a debt of $800 from 2009 or else I can't have my account and winnings back... Does this sound reasonable at all???? Should I really believe that if the $800 gets paid, they are going to give me my account? Whats $800 if it's going to get me my winnings, so as much as its all pissing me off, should I pay them???? This rep told me he would ask the right department if I could pay the debt for this Delgado guy and that I should have an email with their decision within 24 hours.......

Am I completely screwed or are they working with me?? I can't figure it out. Is SBR going to help?

Just so everyone knows the facts, my name is Daniel Taghridi and my facebook is

I proved to Sportsbook.com that I was real by sending my driver's license, my front and back of the DC, the bank statement which shows their charge, and a utility bill just to prove my address all matched and I gave them all real info from the start..... I really needed college funds so I went for a new big parlay for Super Bowl Sunday and picked a lot of money lines in ncaa, nhl and nba along with Packers ML.......

What should I do now? if they say yea pay the $800, should I believe they will give me my account and $26,000 balance back? Still waiting for SBR to get on this....

You knew this was coming, right? I'm pretty sure those reading along did.

In your first post, you said that SB told you that other people had used the same physical address as you (house number, street). Now you're saying that SB says that they used the same IP address as you. Which is it?

If it's physical address, then you've already disproved that, right?

If it's IP address, get the IP address they're talking about, and prove it's a public wifi spot, and not your home IP, which only you and nobody else has used to access SB. Then you should get your funds.

The problem for you is that these family member / previous resident ********** cases are quite common, and more often than not the player is the stiff, not the book. Good luck proving that's not the case here.

EXACTLY which is it!?!?!? Until tonight, they only said my address was the same as on file with inactive accounts. Wasn't even told those inactive accounts had chargebacks until now. And then they said IP address so I don't know if they are just clarifying or changing their story. . .So I just got back on chat again and argued to no avail. They are now saying BOTH the billing address and IP address is the same as inactive accounts. I cant believe it. It's sure a nice way for me to look bad because they know I'm going to post this chat transcript so they are going to completely make up stuff now. There is NO WAY there are inactive accounts with MY billing address because wouldn't that mean cards would have had to have come in the mail in these other person's names to MY address for it to be the billing address? And that simply has not happened in the 18 years my family has lived here. Here is the transcript from the chat just now, and they are just lying out their teeth with saying the billing address is the same. I challenged to prove it, show me the records of these people's accounts, but they said they protect customer's records and won't show me but they kept saying the billing address is the same. They are lying, completely lying and now I know I'll never be paid if they just make things up like this to cover their ass. Does any of this make sense???? Look at this transcript, its outrageous, how is this reasonable? They want $800 but they want it from this Delgado, not me. So another lie because they have no intention to pay me huh, if they did why not just take it out of my winnings since I'm willing to just settle this, they insist on having me find the other account holders and get them to contact sportsbook.com to pay what I just offered to pay for them... This whole conversation was strange, and I knew I was dealing with a lie as soon as they said my billing address has been used before. I can guarantee it hasn't, and if anyone has a suggestion how I can prove this, please tell me. Sportsbook.com knows that whoever these other peoples accounts were did NOT use my billing, unless I'm mistaken and people can have a billing address for a card without having it delivered to that address. This would be one enormous coincidence that I wouldn't expect anyone to believe if I didn't have a mailbox key and know for a fact that no one has used my billing address for their cards before - if in fact for a billing address it has to be the address it was mailed to, you can't just make up a billing address without proof of you living there....

    HERE IS THE NEWEST TRANSCRIPT

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Jason Murphy'

Daniel Taghridi: hi we got disconnected

    Jason Murphy: Hi Daniel.

Jason Murphy: May I have your username (the one you use to login to your account, NOT your poker nickname) or account number, please?

    Daniel Taghridi: *****

    Daniel Taghridi: *****

Daniel Taghridi: please update me to the issue here, cuz i don't understand it..someone has used my IP address before??? first it was address... well I can say I've lived here my whole life and I don't know anything about IP addresses , I signed up from home and then I accessed my account from starbucks and a friends house where I used a neighborhoods unsecured signal.. I haven't done anything wrong....

Daniel Taghridi: i won big on super bowl sunday and i sent in all the documents. can you give me an update?

Jason Murphy: Can you please tell me who Cole Delgado is?

Daniel Taghridi: i have no idea sir! the last rep asked me about a katelynn delgado! Did they say they lived at my address??? because I've lived here my whole life so I can't control whoever used my address on their accounts...

Daniel Taghridi: im the only real one with my address, and i sent my driver's license, utility bill, and my debit card to you guys to prove it.

Daniel Taghridi: so now what? it just seems like you guys are mad that I won when I signed up to bet for the superbowl??? i don't want to complain to anyone so please tell me what i need to do. i won fairly man

Daniel Taghridi: this has me up all night now for 2 nights because i was so excited to win, and now im being screwed with its very depressing.

Jason Murphy: Your account is related to Cole Delgado's, Katelynn Delgado's, and Cole Anthony's accounts. All of them with chargebacks filed against us upon legitimate deposits. They actually have your same billing address and your same IP address. We will ask you to please contact them and ask them to get in touch with us so we can provide them with directions on how to repay the owned funds.

Jason Murphy: Until then, there is nothing we can do, I apologize for any inconvenence.

Daniel Taghridi: i doubt that is true since i don't know who they are how would they have used my address? that would be a huge coincidence... I have to get sportsbookreview.com involved then, and report this to my friends popular website.

Your chat transcript will be sent to danieltaghridi@yahoo.com at the end of your chat.

Daniel Taghridi: I dont know them or what they owe but you can take it out of my winnings if it is within reason, if that will resolve this. Otherwise I need management, and I need to report this.

Jason Murphy: You're free to do what you believe is proper. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do on this case since those individuals share the same billing address you have in your account and the same IP address, which is proof that they have been on your place. An IP address is like a fingerprint, Daniel. That is evidence we cannot ignore. We do not take chargebacks lightly.

Daniel Taghridi: I have used my home internet, starbucks wifi, and neighbor's signals when I was at friends houses.. This is absurd.

Daniel Taghridi: When did they do this???? That is the biggest coincidence in the world if your saying these people used my billing address. They would of had to have had my card, no one has had my card but me. I can prove I am the only one here besides my mother and step father.

Your chat transcript will be sent to danieltaghridi@yahoo.com at the end of your chat.

Jason Murphy: As per our House Rules, which you read and approved the moment you created an account with us: "Whenever a deposit is stopped/reversed (Sportsbook.com) reserves the right to void all activity in the account and the account holder will forfeit any accounts winnings deriving from the stopped/reversed deposit."

Jason Murphy: Unfortunately there is nothing we can do on this case.

Jason Murphy: Please contact those individuals and ask them to get in touch with us.

Jason Murphy: Until then, unfortunately we there is not much that we can do.

Daniel Taghridi: your lying man, because its a FACT that I can prove I live here. and none of these people you said could possibly have had a card with MY billing address because my mom and step dad are the only ones that have lived here for 18 years... so your saying they did a ********** with their card no way they used my address thats bs you guys make up stories???

Daniel Taghridi: i saw on the forum examples of chats like this from you guys holding up other payouts...

Daniel Taghridi: i will wait to speak to management tomorrow and pursue this further, you guys asked for my documents, I sent them, and now your ignoring that i proved i lived here, and no other names could possibly have ever had a CC with MY billing address

Jason Murphy: I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience, and I do apologize Daniel, unfortunately there is nothing we can do until those people get in contact with us regarding this issue. Your account will remain closed, your card was already refunded, the money will show in your card within the next 3-10 business days.

Daniel Taghridi: Why are you telling me to get in touch with them? Why don't you contact them!? Why is it my responsibility to contact them????

Jason Murphy: Do you think we haven't tried?

Jason Murphy: Your account is related to theirs.

Daniel Taghridi: Why did your rep just a few hours ago LIE then and say the documents are processing, and a few hours ago on the phone they said in a day or so I should have access again. And now Im supposed to believe someone in the middle of the night like YOU is actually a manager? Do you have the authority to do this?

Jason Murphy: We have tried to get in touch with them without success.

Daniel Taghridi: I told you, I've used public internet signals, why is that my fault? I proved who I am to you.

Jason Murphy: So when we became aware that the address and the IP addresses matched, we had to deemed inactive your account as well.

Jason Murphy: In light to resolve this issue.

Daniel Taghridi: I sent you my drivers license, bank statement, the front and back of the CC and utility bill. Why the hell is it my job to find people who you say used my address????

Daniel Taghridi: The address did not match... if other people signed up with you from starbucks or these neighborhood signals then that is not my fault and I have no control over that

Jason Murphy: I truly apologize, for this issue, we became aware of the relationship between your account and theirs on the 6th at 9:40:07 AM PT.

Daniel Taghridi: Our address has a mailbox key... NOBODY opened up ************ in their names and used our address as the billing

Daniel Taghridi: These people you say did not have my address, no Delgados lived here, and how could they charge their deposit with you if they just made up the address? so you are making up a story, why? Why don't you honor payouts????

Jason Murphy: Daniel, I understand that you are upset but regrettably there is nothing we can do here. I really apologize. You will have to contact them or to wait until they contact us to resolve this issue so we can clear your account. Without that happening, unfortunately our hands are tied, your account and theirs will remain inactive until the owned money is repaid.

Jason Murphy: The address matches and the IP as well. There is nothing we can do. I apologize.

Daniel Taghridi: You said you already refunded me! Why the hell would I try to track down strangers????

Daniel Taghridi: You deleted my winnings and refunded me???? Why would I try to track down these people for you???

Jason Murphy: That's right, we already sent your $1000.00 you deposited back to your card. Those funds will be available to you in 3-10 business days.

Daniel Taghridi: You better believe I'm going to hire someone to take you all out, legally and otherwise - before I did anything else

Jason Murphy: Well, you are the one contacting us and asking how to reopen your account, I answered your inquiry.

Daniel Taghridi: You ask me to find these strangers, you have a better chance of me suing you and tracking you down.

Daniel Taghridi: Reopen my account with nothing in it????

Daniel Taghridi: Is that a joke?????

Daniel Taghridi: You guys owe me $25,000+

Jason Murphy: Reopen your account with the winnings on it.

Daniel Taghridi: But you refunded me, so why would you do that

Jason Murphy: If the owned money is not repaid, there's nothing we can do. I apologize.

Daniel Taghridi: Show me the records of these people and I will track them down

Daniel Taghridi: Where do they live?

Jason Murphy: We will also ask you to send us back the money we sent you back.

    Jason Murphy: You tell me.

Jason Murphy: They have the same address and the same IP.

Daniel Taghridi: I told you, I opened my account from home Saturday night. On Sunday morning I was at a friends house for a Superbowl party and I used a public wi fi signal from the neighborhood. I also logged on from a starbucks.

Daniel Taghridi: If you can see my IP then you see there are multiple ones. Show me documents of this, I read enough cases at SportsbookReview.com to know there are hard documents, show me these people's profiles , show me they signed up with my address, you are not being honest man

Daniel Taghridi: How can they use my address to sign up when the CC deposit would have to match for billing???

Daniel Taghridi: And NO other family has lived here

Daniel Taghridi: SO how do people go get ************ with MY billing address

Jason Murphy: That is personal information that we will not provide. Would you like us to give your information to anyone who requested it?

Daniel Taghridi: WHen our mailbox has a key

Daniel Taghridi: Why would you protect people who did that to you??? Your telling me to find these people but you wont give me the info.

Jason Murphy: I gave you their names and I told you they have the same address and the same IP. That's the most we can disclose.

Daniel Taghridi: You cant punish me for using a public internet signal. People sign up from libraries and such, you just screw everyone like this?

Daniel Taghridi: You want me to go find them for you, and then you say youll give me my winnings, yea right the promise sounds so fake so dishonest it goes with your story that other people have used my address.

Jason Murphy: I apologize for the inconvenience, Daniel. Unfortunately this conversation is going in circles. I'm sincerely sorry for this issue, but this is actually pretty simple. You have these options: a) you can try to contact those people to get them repay the money owned or b) if that does not happen unfortunately your account will remain closed, no winning will be honored, however your card was already refunded. Besides that, regrettably there is nothing we can do, and I do apologize, but that is final.

Daniel Taghridi: No one has used my address no one possibly could, but maybe others have used one of the ip addresses I used because besides my home, i used public signals when I was out with my laptop

    Jason Murphy: They did.

    Jason Murphy: I apologize.

    Jason Murphy: Plus your IP.

Jason Murphy: There is nothing we can do, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Daniel Taghridi: How much do they owe??????

    Jason Murphy: $800.00.

Daniel Taghridi: Then just take it out of my winnings, I don't care! This was a lifechanging amount for me and I need it

Jason Murphy: The winnings cannot and will not be taken into consideration for this matter. That I basically our money. You won it, but you also agreed to our terms and conditions, which state: "Whenever a deposit is stopped/reversed (Sportsbook.com) reserves the right to void all activity in the account and the account holder will forfeit any accounts winnings deriving from the stopped/reversed deposit."

Daniel Taghridi: so they owe $800 total and you want me to find them and have them pay this and then your going to give me access to my account and the winnings in it??? confirm how much is in my account please, is it 25,000 or 30,000... one pick pushed so I don't know what you calculated.

Daniel Taghridi: MY deposit did NOT get stopped or reversed. What are you talking about!???? I had the $1,000 funds and I paid it and deposited and bet and won. What are you citing this rule for, I did not reverse or stop any payment, the charge was successfulm so why would my winnings be voided

Jason Murphy: Their deposit did, and your account is related to their accounts. It is the same, the same applies. I apologize for the inconvenience, there is nothing we can do.

Daniel Taghridi: please tell me whats in my account, what is my balance on hold in my account

Jason Murphy: Your current balance is $26,488.99. Which will be forfeit if this issue is not resolved. I really apologize for the inconvenience.

Daniel Taghridi: when did they do this? when did they sign up and do this crap with you

    Jason Murphy: In 2009.

Daniel Taghridi: you have been helpful with information so I appreciate that, so far no rep has told me anything except the same address...

Daniel Taghridi: now you say same IP address which I can believe because after I signed up with you at my home, I did use public internet signals from the neighborhood when I was out for super bowl parties....

Daniel Taghridi: So their billing address was the same address as mine???? how is that possible, how could they have signed up for cards with my billing address

Daniel Taghridi: I looked up Cole Delgado on facebook. He is in Mission Viejo too...

Daniel Taghridi: This guy is like 26 years old

Daniel Taghridi: I'm 18, got nothing to do with this piece of shit...

Daniel Taghridi: I can't find a Katelynn Delgado

Daniel Taghridi: do you want this guys facebook link? I found a Cole Delgado. you can contact him. Isn't that good enough for you? How can I force this guy to pay his debt if he signed up with you and didnt pay you? How should that matter for me to get my winnings??????

Jason Murphy: Daniel, a facebook link is something we cannot take seriously. I do apologize, regrettably there is nothing we can do on this case besides having them to contact us and repay the money.

Daniel Taghridi: I'll contact him, hell I'll pay the $800 you say he owes for not paying you. I think this is all really strange but Ill pay you the $800 if that is going to resolve this... I see the guys page, he is obviously around here, why aren't you guys being reasonable???? I've shown you all my proof who I am so you know I'm Daniel...

Daniel Taghridi: Can I pay you the $800???? How? Where?

Daniel Taghridi: What does it matter who pays you?? You say they owe you $800, I'll message him but why would he listen to me? He's obviously a piece of shit, let me pay the $800 and that should resolve this if you guys want that money then I'll friggn pay it for them

Jason Murphy: The most I can do is to send a request for the proper department to review your account to see if there is anything that can be done on this case, and to see if we can accept you to repay those funds.

Jason Murphy: You should get an answer within the next 24 hours or less, by email, Daniel.

Daniel Taghridi: If this is really about $800 then you would let me pay, but you obviously don't want to pay me the $26,000 I have in my balance. I won it fair and square, and just because there is someone who used the same public signal as me is not fair, you must have a bunch of people that sign up from libraries and starbucks, you can't punish them all.... Did this guy prove himself like I did??? I've sent you all my documents, my id and card and everything, did he??? I have nothing to do with this guy

Jason Murphy: Would there be anything else I could help you with?

Daniel Taghridi: I just want to be able to bet my winnings, I don't even want to withdraw it right now. I just want to bet it ok??? I had no intention of withdrawing for awhile so please tell the department all this, thank you....

Daniel Taghridi: tell them please just work something out with me??? just let me pay it or something..

Daniel Taghridi: i don't want to complain to sportsbookreview or get all crazy with reports and hate you guys, I signed up in good faith for the super bowl and i got lucky and won, and now you guys are being unreasonable if your telling me its my job to find this guy and make him pay, please just let me pay the guys debt and let me have my account and bet my winnings.

Daniel Taghridi: ill wait for them to decide before i do anything... ill check my email all day.

    Daniel Taghridi: thanks

Bottom line SportsBook.com has shot themselves in the foot by claiming people have used my billing address for their deposits that they then chargebacked... They can't back away from their statements, so now how do I go about proving they are lying? Am I right that in order to have a billing address for a card, you have to have mailed that card to that address? You cant just update card info by giving some arbitrary address for your new billing address can you??? If my assumption is right, then they are without a doubt 100% for sure making this up about someone else using my billing address before, and they have those 3 accounts records but won't show me them, can SBR get them? I have caught them in a lie if they can be forced to turn over the accounts that they say have my billing address because I'm 99.999999% sure that they are lying about that unless people can just arbitrarily change their billing addresses for cards without some sort of verification that that is indeed their address they live at.... We have a key for our mailbox, no one snuck cards in the mail and stole them and activated them in their names and used them on this site, and my parents certainly don't gamble.

I have never filed a ********** in my entire life. Is there a service that can prove that I never have??? Would credit reports show people's chargebacks?? Because don't they go to collections???? Sportsbook.com says this $800 owed is from 2009, it would be in collections by now. I can guarantee I've never done a ********** in my life, where can I go to prove this with documents???? Some website I can plug my name and social into and prove this? Sportsbook.com acknowledges that the other accounts are someone elses name, not mine, so why am I being held responsible for them just because one of my logins was from a public signal that others can use too???? Their billing address claim is total BS, it has to be, unless people can make their billing addresses whatever they want and this guy happened to somehow choose mine randomly, and now I come along and sign up? uh uh, no way I don't think so. So sportsbook.com is making this up... I have never done a ********** in my life, and my credit report is completely clear, not 1 cent of debt, so where do I go from here?????? My name Daniel Taghridi is clear and has never done a ********** and in fact this Chase Debit card is the first card of any kind that I have ever had...... how can I prove this??

I have updated my billing/mailing address twice with my bank in the last year (because I moved twice), and neither time have they sought any verification, so it may be plausible that somebody set up a CC at one address and changed it to yours, though extremely unlikely.

I wonder why they even returned your deposits if they think you scammed them. I mean, the other guy made a ********** of 800 and you deposited 1000. if they really believe that the two of you are the same person then they would give you back 0,00 or 200 US$. I think that SBR should take a look at all of this as it seems fishy at least

Exactly huh! That's a great point I hadn't thought of.... Exactly, the "options" they gave me are completely unreasonable. They supposedly refunded me my $1,000 deposit (my bank balance still is without that amount) and they want me to track down this account holder from 2009 to get them to contact Sportsbook.com to pay $800. Where's the logic in that? If I'm such a scammer or the culprit like they extremely imply throughout the chat, then why refund my $1000? And still continue to insist that if I get $800 paid they are going to give me access back? And to add to the nonsense the rep says I would just send the $1000 back to them when they restore my account and the winnings????? WTF????? He said "We will also ask you to send us back the money we sent you back."....So they supposedly refunded my $1000 deposit, and then I'm supposed to pay them $800 to pay the debt that I have become linked to, and then they say they will restore my account and winnings....

I think they are just shooting themselves in the foot left and right. I bet there isn't a $1,000 refund is coming to the bank, they just want me to think that, and then they are going to have me send them $800 just so they can scam me out of $1,800 on top of the $26,000 winnings they have voided as of now. Just because they are bankrupt? They are lying about my billing address being the same as this account from 2009 - I want them to prove it and if they do I would have to admit that is extremely non believable and I would give up in defeat of knowing I won't be believed and to chalk it up to extremely bad luck that I had some POS use my billing address for a charge they later didn't pay , and then I came along and signed up - at a $26,000 expense to me.

I'm Daniel and no one else. Whoever the hell did chargebacks with those other names was not me, and I don't know how to get a card in other people's names, is that even possible? My credit report is completely clear of debts, it is absolutely blank, I've never had a card until this Chase Debit Card that is attached to my checkings account.

If SBG can ask them to prove the other accounts billing address with records, then this would prove they are lying and are just out to stiff me.... The IP address being similar I will acknowledge as possible.... The one I signed up with is from my home here which is a secured signal and is absolutely not linked to any other account, but then the next morning I was at my friends and a starbucks and both times I accessed my sportsbook.com account from public or unsecured signals to place the bets and to check the scores of my parlays.... What a tough lesson to learn that your going to be stuck with someone else's BS if you use a online sportsbook from a signal other then your own private secured one from home....

Anyone know if SBR's phone # works? 830-515-4122 is listed on the complaint form if you want to call them, but it rings and rings and then gives busy signals the few times I've tried...
