How is Intertops an A rated sportsbook?

I won 2 bonuses, 1 in 2015 and a smaller one in 2016. After I built up the the one in 2015, I made a futures wager of that amount and money was tied up over a year, which won. Met the extreme 16x rollover requirement for both and recently requested withdrawal. They made me forfeit over $800 stating my account balance was 0 when I won the 2016 bonus and only paid up to 10x bonus on that portion only.

I never lost any of the 2015 bonus winnings and had almost $200 tied up in pending futures which won over a year later. Intertops says having a pending futures wager didn't matter, my betting account was 0 when I won 2016 bonus and all winnings were derived from that bonus only. Therefore the forfeiture of anything above 10x max payout for 2016 bonus. I never lost either bonus the whole time and met all rollover requirements. I submitted complaint form with SBR.

    Well lets see what happens

Bonus rules for some reason seem complicated

Thanks for sharing, Intertops is reviewing.

Non-deposit bonuses typically come with more fineprint and lower ceilings or restrictions to protect the house than deposit based perks.

intertops i a joke. i received an email about a bonus, sent in the money and then was told i didnt qualify. (i know i should have checked first) i told them just to send the money back and ill eat the fees. they wouldnt because i had to meet a rollover (not a big one i forget) but they limited me to 20 dollar bets. this was years ago but it still pisses me off

Any update on my SBR complaint submitted? I guess Intertops is having a hard time justifying how a winning futures wager placed in 2015 was derived only from 2016 winnings.

Intertops is sticking to their guns that the funds were derived from the no-deposit bonus and that you've been paid in accordance with the max ceiling.

If the bet was of your own deposited funds it should be simple to disprove, I believe we asked you about the time-line a few weeks back.

There were 2 of them and I sent the time line in previous emails. You want me to resubmit?

Did you make a real cash deposit between the 1st and 2nd bonuses?

No, these were winnings from their handicapping contest on their former .net site. Won $100 in June 2015 and $50 in February 2016. In August of 2015 I had $188 in presidential futures wagers which won in 2016. Intertops claims winnings were only derived from Feb 2016 $50 contest winnings.

Sounds like it is pretty clear there is 10x cap on the bonus winnings without a deposit. There usually is some sort of cap like that at other books too.

This was the question we forwarded. Without ever having made a deposit, there is no way we can get behind an argument that the cap Intertops applied shouldn't have been in place if it was all house $.

Ok, but why is it only limited to 10x or $500 on Feb 2016 $50 bonus winnings? Why can't I max out the original $100 to 10x or $1,000 as well, especially since it was tied up in futures wagers? I should be able to max out up to $1,500 total, not $500. I complied with all rollover requirements with both bonuses.

I really don't know. But you should work out exactly how much you think they owe you and then work out exactly why according to their rules and try putting it to them that way yourself.

I have many times. They say all winnings were derived from the $50 contest winnings from February 2016 only, and forfeited $818. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who doesn't understand. That's why I finally submitted SBR complaint. If anyone could show how I lost the $100 from June 2015 tied up in futures wagers, I would accept outcome.

Beware of Intertops bone-us, they're also trying to cheat others on regular payouts in poster ThousandBayer's thread.

    Again, because they're cheats.

After receiving a warning violation and stating SBR helped, can you enlighten me how you helped when you even admitted in this post you don't know why I can't max out a bonus? You keep bringing up how much I deposited when the amount of the deposit has absolutely nothing to do with their bone-us rules. I clearly stated I didn't make a deposit. There's a troubling pattern developing with an A rated book whether someone deposited nothing or 10s of thousands of dollars. Stuff like this is a reason why many people don't deposit, not to mention all the hoops you have to jump through to receive your winnings if you're lucky enough to be paid.

You have a right to be mad at the result but you are just being a dick attacking SBR for not helping.

I agree it's confusing and we don't have terms to refer to that cover a contest win from a year or more ago but the book do have a rule that caps winnings from no-deposit bonuses to 10x.

SBR admin really did try to advocate that you should be paid but when the book says the terms are clear that a deposit is required or winnings are capped, and that you have never made a deposit there, there isn't much room left for arguing even for goodwill.

We have to work with these books to help everyone, sponsor or not, so have to be reasonable as well as fair when they put up a firm argument like they have here.
