Netbet's D+ rating is based on 5 or 6 complaints, only 1 of which was even in the last 18 months. Out of all of the hundreds of thousands of players around the world that Netbet have, 5 or 6 complaints over a 3 year period with only 1 complaint in the last 18 months does not make it a done deal whatsoever that this bookmaker must be a dodgy outfit.
For European and Asian books especially but in reality for all bookmakers around the world, players need to go and do some research outside of SBR to get more detailed feedback. SBR is a very good information resource, but they aren't the be all and end all, and for any bookmaker, you need to do detailed research across every little bit of information that is available to come to an informed conclusion about whether to bet with a bookmaker. The trouble is with the gambling industry, is that even with places like SBR, players still don't come forward too much to give their experiences, and as such there isn't really like a Trip Advisor for gambling websites with thousands of reviews of each bookmaker, so the information to go on with the ratings of these bookmakers especially the ones that aren't one of the major bookmakers, the information to go on is very sparse, and can result in a poor rating that doesn't reflect the actual reputation, reliability and security of that bookmaker in real terms.
What players should most definitely not do is ever take SBR's rating as gospel and automatically not to bet somewhere just because they have a D+ rating, and on the same note, even if SBR have a good rating, don't take that as gospel either, so very simply, only use SBR and their rating as a very small part of your research process into a bookmaker and most definitely do not make a decision on whether to bet with a bookmaker just based on that bookmaker's rating. So the message is, do your own detailed research online as well as looking at SBR and come to an as informed decision as you possibly can about whether to play at a bookmaker.
In reality, Netbet is very reputable, reliable and secure and you have no problems about the security of your funds there. They are not one of the absolutely major bookmakers, but they are one of the medium tier bookmakers nipping at the heels of the major bookmakers and they are extremely solid indeed.
Whatever rockmvp1209 is talking about, firstly vague posts like those don't help anybody, but what you can be sure of, is that Netbet are reputable and if you aren't dodgy you will get your money, so if rockmvp1209's friend has run into significant troubles with Netbet, it is likely that he must have done something dodgy in some way.
In relation to the OP's case, the OP can be sure that if he is legit and has done nothing dodgy, he will get his money, of that there is no doubt.
The OP really needs to calm down and stop fretting. He has had an e-mail saying the withdrawal is approved, so unless the 4 days maximum stated withdrawal time comes and goes without the withdrawal coming through, he shouldn't be badgering the bookmaker about it.
The problem with your login details could be that they've suspended the account due to them wanting to check your betting patterns, or it could be a standard check they do for players with large balances, it could be a number of things, but what you can be sure of, is that they aren't scamming you about.
You've already sent them an e-mail, so you should just simply patiently wait for a reply to that e-mail, or if you are that fussed with contacting them immediately, they have live chat which you can use if you don't want to call them up.
