Why or How has it become industry standard to tell every support person in the off-shore industry your full username and password? Even if you have a simple usability question you still need to give them your full login credentials. How is this viable or even relatively smart? Does this bother anyone else or make sense to others? It's even more funny when they ask you to type it in their random form before and then ask you for it again. It gets worse when this information isn't sent over HTTPS, but that's another story.
Why do we tolerate this crazy behavior?
