Betsonic FRAUD no payment and lost my account details purposely

Made a payout request from this sportsbook 6.3.2015 there was a hiccup in their system so I mailed to their customer support about it. Made at least 2000EUR profit and now they have not got my registered mail, username or anything in their system as I tried to log in. They are clearly trying to steal my money.

Thanks due to SBR they were able to track my transactions that is deposits to clarify. Wonder if they got last of all accounts that has not logged during last year or just those who won something which they consider as much by corrupt and dishonest Maltese standards?

Betsonic aren't licenced by Malta, so Maltese standards have absolutely nothing to do with this case whatsoever.

You are yet again another person making completely false allegations, saying they are a "fraud", "lost my account details purposely" and are "clearly trying to steal my money".

I expect it was just an IT error like they told you it was or some other innocent mistake, not a "fraud", and you have absolutely no way of knowing that they "lost your account details purposely" or were "clearly trying to steal your money", it could very well have been what they told you which that there was a system error, so it's pointless you making such silly allegations. And you speculating whether they've got rid of just winning accounts or whatever and speculating that Betsonic may be associated with corruption and dishonesty is again a completely unsubstantiated slur against the bookmaker, especially now has they have rectified the situation, which suggests that your case was caused by a genuine error and that they are reputable, and this rectifying of your case clearly suggests that they are most definitely not in any way "corrupt" or "dishonest".

What bettors have got to understand is that in all industries, no company is perfect and all companies make honest and genuine mistakes, and if something goes wrong it quite obviously doesn't mean that the bookmaker must be a "fraud", it just simply means they probably made a mistake which needs rectifying, and as long as the bookmaker does rectify the situation which they have done here, you can be confident that it was a genuine and honest mistake, not a "fraud".

So the lesson to learn from the OP is to calm down if something goes wrong with a bookmaker, don't jump to conclusions, don't make silly and unsubstantiated allegations against the bookmaker and simply try to sort out the situation in a calm and courteous manner without any of this stupid and unnecessary hyperbole that the OP has indulged in.

You said "Thanks due to SBR they were able to track my transactions". If Betsonic now have been able to track your transactions, surely they now have your balance so surely all you need to do now is to request a withdrawal if you want to withdraw the balance.

They were able to find my deposits after SBR stepped up to help. When I corresponded with them they did not have any info. They have not said anything about my balance yet.

Some regions in Europe are extremely dishonest and its not completely wrong to label areas or people coming from certain areas as corrupt. Like Malta and most of Eastern Europe. Many Eastern Europeans still think only way to become wealthy is by dishonesty which is expressed in a book written by Croatian-Canadian Robert Herjavec famous from Shark Tank/Dragons Den. But you would not know.

Don't get involved into this as you clearly have not been slicing and dicing bookmakers for a living and had to go true their bullshit and very often shady/dishonest way of conducting business (Canbet, Circlebet, Pointbet, Vipsports eu, Betsonic) which are a pretty darm big % of my portfolio.

Of course there are fraudsters and scammers around in certain areas and certain countries, but what I was saying is that you are speculating that Betsonic are involved in corruption and dishonesty, and when they are still looking into your case and there's every chance that it will be resolved, to link with them with such things is pointless and unsubstantiated, as there's every chance it could just a simple and genuine error that's been made. Even if you're involved in a complaint with a bookmaker or any company in any industry for that matter, you must remain calm and courteous, especially in your case where Betsonic are still looking into it and you haven't got your money yet, speculating that a company may be corrupt and dishonest when you're currently trying to get €2,000+ out of them is an extremely bad idea.

If a number of scam bookmakers have been present in a large percentage of your bets in recent times, then you really need to look at the process that you go through to assess whether you should be betting with a bookmaker or not, as there are more than enough reputable bookmakers out there around the world that can offer everything you would ever want or need out of a bookmaker, and that's without ever delving into any dodgy or amateur bookmakers, so you should really review your process of vetting bookmakers, as if you've got involved with so many scam bookmakers, then that's likely not a coincidence, it's likely to be a failure on your part in not being stringent enough in your research of bookmakers.
