    Bwin thiefs!

A couple of months ago i withdrawn 700 euro from Bwin after i played like a week or so.
In the 01.10.2016 I deposit 50 euro to them and my account was never credited althoug i received an confirmation email with de deposit. After i called them they said that my account ballance was negative because of a bet that was voided back then when i played at them. I checked my betting history on my account its all deleted i cannot see the voided bet. In that moment i started to laugh because i couldnt belive that crap the guy was feeding me and he closed the phone in my face!
I would like to know if i cand make a complaint against them because i dont find it normal to take my money without eny evidence. I would add that its not the first time it happened ... when i was playing they also canceled another bet of mine after 2 days motivating that it was an error and i placed my bet after the result was obvious. They took form my ballance 150 euro with that ocasion. And of course without eny proof. I only played live bets .

I,m sorry if i didnt posted in the right place and ask for a moderator to move the post in the right section!

    Thanks!

It's the right place Biggy. Welcome to SBR.

Without knowing the full circumstances, it is acceptable for them to regrade wagers after a withdraw and send your balance negative. And it can happen more when live betting.

If the regrade is for a valid reason, there is probably not much you can do about it legally as the regulator would back them up doing this.

Have you asked them for details of the bet in question?

If that is true you could submit a complaint to their regulator for the blatant theft. http://www.gibraltar.gov.gi/remotegambling

But I'd bet dollars to donuts they do think there was a genuine error.

Yes i did when i was on the phone with that guy ... he told me to look at my bets placed to my history except there were all gone.
There were no errors ... in a couple of years of live betting i've seen a few and this isn't the case.
I mean we all saw thoose errors and we all know whats happening when it occurs... all bets are closed for that game l and they freeze for a couple of hours your stake till it's voided.
Here everythig went fine and i woke up two days after with 150 euro missing from my ballance . I called them and they told that it was an error while i was placing my bet and it was voided. That bet i remembered it was on tennis ... Ivo Carlovic to win the second set while the set has barely started. Thats when i got mad and withdraw thoose 700 euro. I also asked him if it was an error , how come they didnt void my bet right after i placed my bet ... why they had to wait 2 days for that ...and whats very interesting is that right before they took thoose 150 euro from my ballance i called them to ask why it takes so long to check my identity so i can make a withdraw. I hang up the phone and boom 15 min later my ballance was 150 euros short.

Honestly, I don't really think SBR can do anything for you but you are welcome to submit a sportsbook complaint form and someone can have a closer look for you.
