Help Needed Betigo Closed My Account With 8000€ Inside

http://ww.betigo.com/ has closed my account and i have about 27k Turkish Lira ( about 8000€) in the account. After the Wales - Georgia match i won about 13k TL ( about 3000€) but when i try to log in to my account i see that they closed my account.

Afer that i talked with live support they told me that i have more than one account, but i am not. They show me another user who bets the same event and the same options with me but of course that account is not related with me. They send me a screenshot which shows that on the Germany - Czech Republic match me and the other user placed bet on the draw and Czech Republic options.

I tell them my account is not limited and i can bet with the amount that i wanted so i don't need another account but they told me that it is a strong evidence of having a second account and closed my account.

Now, when i join the live support they refuse to talking to me. The only thing they say that we will not give you further explanation if you want to contact us please send an e- mail to contact@betigo.com and they stop the conversation.

Are there anything that i can do to get my cash back.

I do not know this bookmaker but it is starting to become regular to hear about Turkish players having difficulty with books. In particular being accused of multiple accounts or syndicate betting.

The website does not indicate any regulator who may license them but says their office address is in Malta. You might try reaching out to the Malta Gaming Authority and seeing what they say about the book http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/ and you are also welcome to submit a sportsbook complaint form for SBR to have a look at for you.

Turkish government does not support online betting and it is forbidden in Turkey. Number of the frauds are increasing because there is no way to take this issue to the court. The punisment of being a player of online betting is about 30€ but punishment of the having a online gambling web site is 5-10 years in prison.

I reported this issue to Malta Gaming Authority and i am also submit a complint form for SBR to have a look at for me.

Why not play with a reputable company? Isn't it possible to bet with pinnacle from turkey?
