    AirBitz and Glidera

    Hello Forum,

    Just a question about terminology.

Is AirBitz a wallet or an exchange?

How about Glidera? Would that be categorized as a wallet or an exchange?

Thanks to the Forum for previous help.

PS..Upload ID step at Glidera is a tough step to get through. Continual rejections despite a clear cell phone picture and a very clear PDF scan.

Airbitz is the wallet you store bitcoin in and Glidera is the attached trading exchange.

Anyone else having problems getting their money into their bank account. I use the Airbitz/Glidera combo and recently received and subsequently sold bitcoins and the proceeds usually hit my bank account in 1-2 days. Glidera is non-responsive and I have attempted to contact them several times with no response. I am beginning to worry that my money is gone, $1k. Just curious if anyone else had encountered a similar situation and how they resolved it. Any advice appreciated.

No responses. I guess I am the only dummy trying to use them. You have been warned.

I have never used Airbitz but have seen generally positive comments. If you have a link with your bank, it is impossible for the money to be "lost." The money can only be at Airbitz or at your bank. Should be easily resolvable. These places are pretty low on customer service so you may just have to wait a while. Just keep on them.

Thanks, I did contact Airbitz and they were extremely quick to respond. I have described the issue to them, we'll see how it plays out. No choice but to wait it out.

Would be good to update the forum if you can find out why they did this FCMedina.

They told me I had a verification hold on the account that had to be cleared. No idea what it was since I had done numerous transactions prior with no issues. The hold has supposedly been cleared but still have BTC that are gone. The difference in customer service at Airbitz an Glidera is night and day. I have been told they are returning the BTC but nothing as of this morning.

After 13 uploads of my ID, I've aborted the mission of being a Glidera customer.

Glidera is an exchange. Can this exchange only be used in tandem with AirBitz?

How bout this: Bank > Glidera > Blockchain > SportsBook
