    Heritage Casino limits?

    So, brag/question:

I'm a new Heritage customer, and deposited $2k with a 25% bonus (12x rollover) for sports. Obviously casino action doesn't count, but I'm a degen and like to play anyway. You know, figuring that if I can win in the casino, it becomes a whole lot easier to meet the rollover requirements given a larger bankroll. So over the past 6 days, I won a little over $10k in live dealer casino action. I logged off this morning, and back on this afternoon. The live dealer icon to play was removed. I thought it was a technical glitch, so I tried again 2 hours later. It allowed me to log on, and I did so. However, once I sat at the table, I received a message that said "you have exceeded the daily/weekly limit".

I contacted the live chat customer service rep, who said the limit in winnings is $10k, and takes 7 days to reset. Has anyone ever heard of this? Seems strange that I can sit at a live dealer table and play up to $5k/hand in blackjack only to have my account restricted after winning $10k.

Anybody have any experience with this book regarding limits like this?

It sounds like a limit set by the game provider.

Can you still play everything else there?

Yes, I can play sports and the online casino (not live dealer).....I would never touch the rigged online casino.

I'm capped in their poker room to $500 in transfers a day. I literally played 1500 hands and they made a decision that they refuse to overturn or increase because I did well over 1500 hands. Heritage doesn't care about sample sizes I guess and they prefer to limit their players quickly.

I've never heard of players being capped for casino games. Seems silly as most players definitely donate their winnings back.

I'm capped at $500/week in poker as well. I think that may be more of a policy decision so that most players lose their money in the sportsbook or casino (where Heritage profits) instead of in the poker room to other players not affiliated with Heritage. I can understand that decision.
