    Pinbet88 sucks

    This website, were all Pinnaclesports Cutomers by Agents have to play now really sucks.

    They are doing Mainatance over hours, sometime 8 hours, today ONLY 6, but the "normal" Pinnaclesports website is still running, just Customers of Agents are the stupids.

    With that Behaviours, they are falling from favour by their customers.

    Btw - this PINBET88.com website is anything else than good

    I agree 100% with Hinkel. Old asianview Pinnacle is much better and more practical than new Pinbet88 website.

    This site is not Pinnacle but an alternative front end that clients of Betting Agents must use to make Pinny bets.

    There are a couple of improvements, but also some big negatives. Seeing as we dont have much choice its either use the new site or say goodbye. At least they are coming back to the UK next year hopefully! This is obviously why they have created Pinnbet88, so the UK gaming commission wont see pinnacle taking bets via agents (unregulated gambling in their eyes)

    Why can i see only one basketball match today (Asianchallenge) on Pinbet88 whereas there are 6 matches displayed on Old Pinnacle?? Is it only a problem i have or is it the same for all people using Pinbet88 ? There are 6 matches displayed right now on old Pinnacle, but only 1 on Pinbet88: Philippines / Kazakhstan ?! 2 websites and 2 different treatments??

    I contacted AC several times, for hours, they forwared to Pinnacle/Pinbet88 upline, but now news, Pinbet88 never replied them

    A manager from AC88 contacted us to explain that a handful of accounts remain problematic accounting wise and that still remains the main focus of techs.

    They have urgently escalated the issue with live markets not showing up on the agent site until later than the main website.

    I'll let you know if they let me know more about that.

    Ok thank you for the news Optionnal. Indeed i understand they have more urgent and more important issues to fix. However the problem i'm talking about today seems to me much less difficult to fix: if they spent 5 minutes on it they could display the lines for asianchallenge, that shouldn't be too difficult. They won't make me believe they are 24/24 working on other issues.

    It sure seems like all of this should have been much easier and smoother than this.

    I'm guessing it just must not be as easy as it sounds at this point though. :\
