Is Heritage refusing to pay anyone's Bitcoin payouts?

I requested a $1100 Bitcoin payout yesterday. I looked today and it was cancelled. A note attached says I have to deposit with Bitcoin to receive payouts via Bitcoin in the future. I am told to choose another payout option (which there are not many besides Bitcoin).

I was always told I could have payouts via Bitcoin, even if depositing with my debit card. I was told this on chat in the past. I was never told or see nowhere that I can reach a "max" on Bitcoin payouts. And believe me, it's not that much in Bitcoin payouts.

The 2 options they give me for payout now are ** or foreign paper to the door step. I stress to customer service that I can't do either as I have been blacklisted from ** long ago and I don't have an account to cash foreign paper to the door step. I asked for the U.S. Paper to the door step that can be cashed at check cashing store and was told "not an option".

The payout method that would work if they refuse to pay Bitcoin is a method they took away several weeks ago. So no real payout options. Any advice guys?

    Heritage Insider..... Can you help?

Seems using sportsbooks as a btc exchange is frowned upon..i advise to avoid doing this in the future.

I have deposited via Bitcoin in the past a few times. I was told I could deposit via debit card. If I knew I had to deposit via Bitcoin only I would have done that. I am simply following the direction I was given.

Its just very fustrating. I beleive that Heritage is the #1 book in the land these days because of issues like this not being created. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I got nowhere. I have deposited 10 x more there than I have deposited. I am looking forward to some type of resolution and to be given the proper instructions to receive Bitcoin payouts in the future. Heritage is my favorite out and I want to keep it. Just need the guidance.

I have spoken to our staff and they will be contacting you to resolve this.

One thing that I would like to stress for all customers, is that btc is a preferred method for us, but we would ask that for simplicity sake, if you intend to receive btc payouts 100% of the time, please deposit with the same method.

If someone deposits with credit, it is a very costly process, with various risks involved. I use the example of someone giving me a post dated check for 30 days from now and asking for the cash today.

If we've sent you btc in the past, which we have in your case, we would ask that you in turn also help us with depositing via btc.

In the meantime, I'm sure the staff will resolve this for you.

I spoke with payout manager and was explained to me the reason behind getting Bitcoin payouts from plastic deposits and how it takes them 30 days to receive my deposit. It makes sense to me from their point of view. Glad they took the time to personally explain the process to me.

Moving forward I was asked to just deposit via Bitcoin and I will be paid Bitcoin no problem.

This is why Heritage has taken the #1 slot in the land is their ability to take an issue and try to work it out with there customer. In this case they did and my opinion is advice other books trying to climb the ranks should follow.

I would like to say thank you Heritage Insider for addressing my issue and having someone guide me through the process today and moving forward.

    Thanks.

I am having an issue, where I tried to withdraw with bitcoin and it goes to the next screen and asks me to enter the code they text me, I do this and then it reverts to the previous screen and blanks out my bitcoin recieve address and state. Tried several times, contacted chat and he told me to clear cookies, etc...did that, told me try later, nothing works.

    Any advice?

I had the same problem and couldn't get it to go through..finally this is what I did so it worked.

Lets say your hypothetical Bitcoing address is ABCDEFGHIJK

Paste that into the cash out screen....then hit submit and it will revert back to the screen with the bitcoin address gone....paste the BC address in again....but once you have it in there...manually delete the last letter of number of the BC address and then type in it again on your own so in my example delete the "K", then type it in again at the end....then hit submit...This is what worked for me.

    Hope it helps!

This has happened to me in the past. What I did was instead pasting my Bitcoin address by right clicking my mouse, I hit CONT+V to paste and it worked fine.

If you're using a tablet or mobile device you can't use the "copy" and paste function. You have to use the ctrl + c ctrl + v method. This was the case for me using my android devices. Not sure if the issue exists for non android devices
