Well if you are buying bitcoin from circle and sending to sportsbooks then its your own fault. You need to better learn the process first.

do tell I guess I should have learned the system a bit more. what should I do buy the coins only then have them send it to a wallet. I just thought that circle basically is a wallet so why not do both on they site. if I'm doing it wrong someone please tell me a better way to go around it.

everything checked out and yes I did send it through circle so if I happen to win some funds can anyone tell me how I should proceed to get the moneyout . ive had friends who bought and sent through circle and cashed out several times no issues so I thought I try that but if there ae better option I can open a separate wallet and have circle send to that wallet if better please help I'm new to this bit coin thing . but first let me win some cash later.

You send from Circle to Blockchain to Site. When you cashout you do the opposite.

Circle terms ban gambling or transferring btc to some other currency.

So you need to avoid sending directly to or from any bookmaker and them.

And you need to do the same with any localbitcoin or similar person to person exchange transactions.

Basically try to quarantine all your transactions from circle or coinbase so all your business with them goes through a private wallet of your own first/last.

I got an email from circle the other day giving me the axe ... I only used them 4 or 5 times to transfer into my bank account , every time I used block chain , never direct.. Haven't used them in about 2 months , still got booted..

Disconcerting to hear that Circle would give boot even though wallet used as buffer. Been with them over a year with multiple transactions albeit small amounts (less than $500), no problems.
