Tell me if i'm wrong, but maintenance started 43 hours ago (almost 2 days) , and at the moment i'm posting, all accounts (that use agents) are suspended. I received email from AC to inform me that Pinnacle suspend all of the accounts as they are doing system updates. So who can be satisfied here? I don't know how to explain it, but when you go up or down on the page of lines, it acts on the menu that goes up/down too. In one word : unusuable.Now the 2 questions i'm wondering:
-who had the strange idea of such anew site??
-Why aren't we allowed to use orignal site (as Cocojobo already already pointed it out)?Why would they propose customers who use agents a worth service than "normal" cutomers ( i mean whose who don't use "agents")??
All that is dramatic.Yesterday i was in a dramatic situation, i had very importants bets to place (arbing), but impossible to place any bet with Pinnacle. Of course i have accounts with other bookmakers, but amounts of bets i had to place were so big that i needed money to deposit on these other bookmakers, and unfortunately, impossible to withdraw any money from Pinnacle to deposit somewhere else, withrawals are "suspended" too for now.
One has to say that despite the technical issues they've always experienced in the past, Pinnacle is a top book, certainly the best according to many Criteria. And concerning agents, as far as my concerned i'e always been very very satisfied with AC, their customer service is so great, there 24/24 7/7 365/365 to answer/help you on live chat . However, i must say the first thing i'll do once maintenance is over is withdraw a big part of my Pinnacle balance hoping i can find alternative bookmakers. The "normal" Pinnacle site is good, but the new one they propose to agents customers is less interesting and much less profitable for customers.
